(Richard deploys his men into battle. Warbeck strikes and someone got hurt)
Lizzie watched as her first born son walked to his horse. The armour, his hair and face, it reminded her so much of Richard's father. His spirit, however, was almost like her own father, Edward IV.
Lizzie hugged Henry again. "Come back to me, Henry", she sobbed.
"I will, Lizzie. For you", Henry kissed her before mounting on his horse.
Lizzie turned to her son once more. Richard met her eye to eye before turning away and riding into battle.
Richard led the men towards the battlefield. At the same time, he gave commands to the lords to separate the army into smaller divisions.
Henry watched as the 13 year old ordering the men, sounding like a seasoned soldier. For a moment, he could see his late uncle in the York teen next to him.
They marched until about a few miles away. Dismounting their horses, Richard and some of the soldiers, divided into their respective small groups, crept into positions.
Henry marched on with the remainder of the army. There, they spotted the enemy's leader, Warbeck, clad in gold armour.
As Warbeck and his army began to move for the attack, Richard raised his sword. The men with him, bows and arrows pulled into position began to take aim.
"Loose!!", Richard commanded.
Arrows flew from multiple directions, killing Warbeck's men. They began to be disoriented, but nonetheless, they formed a protective circle around their 'king'.
"Light!". The arrows were lit with fire.
"Aim!". The men pulled the bow strings and aimed towards their targets.
"Loose!!". They released their hold on the strings.
Fiery arrows flew towards them, setting fire everywhere. Some of Warbeck men caught the flame and now, panicked, setting fire to anything nearby.
Henry watched as Richard came out of his hiding, sword in hand. The men with him ran out and fought the confused, frightened and panicked men on Warbeck's side.
Warbeck spotted Richard pushed his way towards him. Richard readied his sword as he's about to face Warbeck in battle.
"Why do you fight for him? He killed your father!", said Warbeck, attacking Richard.
"You were supposed to run! Save yourself!", said Richard, blocking Warbeck's attack.
"And let the usurper sit on my throne?! Never!".
Warbeck attacked mercilessly, but Richard was just as quick. Both were equal in strength and agility, despite the height difference.
"You really think he will let you live?! Don't be a fool, Richard!".
Richard blocked his attack, now face to face with Warbeck. "I'm doing what I can to save my family! To stop the bloodshed that's been going on for decades and you're not helping it!", Richard shoved Warbeck off of him.
"We will never be safe! Not when Tudor is on the throne!", said Warbeck charging at Richard.
"You think I trust you with my life?! With Teddy's life?! For all I know, you would strike us down when the crown is yours!".
Henry sent the remainder of the army to fight. He dismounted his horse and went to help Richard.
The way both Richard and Henry moved as if they were synchronised. Warbeck, in the end, fell to the ground with swords on his face.
Everyone stopped when Warbeck fell. Henry raised his sword and the Tudor army cheered for their victory.
"Richard, please. You will not be safe if you're with him", Warbeck pleaded silently.
"I know. You should've escaped when you had the chance", Richard whispered.
A lot of people congratulated Richard on his tactics. Although, in his heart, he felt uneasy.
As Warbeck was escorted into custody, Richard spotted him grabbing something. He knew what was in Warbeck's hand.
Warbeck was directly behind Henry. Richard took off just in time to push Henry out of the way and Warbeck's knife pierced Richard's stomach.
The men grabbed Warbeck and held him down. Richard dropped to the ground as William caught him in his arms.
Henry yelled for a physician to be brought to camp. William carefully lifted Richard in his arms and quickly headed back to camp.
When Lizzie saw her son in William's arms, she felt her heart dropped to her stomach. Richard was brought to his tent with the physicians scrambling to save his life.
Lizzie wanted to enter, but Henry forbade her. Despite her struggles, Henry cannot let her complicated things in there.
"What happened?", she asked.
"Warbeck made a final attempt on my life", said Henry.
After hours passed, the physician went to Henry and Lizzie. "His Grace will recover. He just needs some rest".
Lizzie ran in to find Richard on his makeshift bed, asleep. Lizzie sat down, grasping his hand and putting it on her cheek.
"You're so strong, my son. How I wish your father can see you now", she sobbed.
"It's best not to speak of his father, Your Grace. Not when the king is close by", said William as quiet as possible.
"Thank you, Mr. Barnley, for always looking out for him", said Lizzie, wiping her tears away.
Henry walked in to see William shutting the small coffer in front of him. William bowed to Henry and Lizzie before walking out.
Henry walked towards the coffer and opened it. The armour, the banner; it gave him flashback on the day of Bosworth Field battle.
Henry closed the coffer and sat by the foot of the makeshift bed. He remembered when Richard was no bigger than his arms and now, a potential soldier and ally in his court.
"He'll be alright, Lizzie", said Henry.
"May I stay with him tonight? Please, Henry".
Henry nodded. He kissed her forehead. "I'll be by my tent if you need me".
