The wenches are out looking for her.
It's all because of the publication that went through their doorsteps this morning. The Quill-terly— a club well-formed that existed before she studied at Hogwarts. A publishing team that produces newspaper ever quarter of the school year, hence the name.
It was since the week of her disappearance that the other schools step foot in Hogwarts for the start of the Triwizard Tournament. And it turns out the overall events ain't enough to entertain them. As it resulted more uproar to them as the publishing team got their hands filled with news. Not that it did involve some articles about her but more on traces of her...
And it's just so early in the day yet here she is getting tied up with some Gryffindors.
Since Lumi got some things by the school newspaper, well, maybe the supposed ambush happened since she submitted something by the announcement section regarding some general guidelines about the campaign.
Besides the House Points system by the end of the year, the students gathered around to add more competition between houses during the school year. And what better way to show it through the Triwizard Tournament? To campaigns and whom is the greatest in leaderships... which she got tied up. Not that she took it any seriously as most of them are in for the fun. Apparently, the group she was in was not for that matter. But was it wrong to not stay neutral in the paper? To state facts? It's journalism after all. As much that she used her old pen name, of course they knew she wrote it.
They might've thought she's still active in the school paper.
No wonder Yuta-oppa came looking for me the other day. She remembered the look on his face just the same... not only he was a kind senior of hers, but she's also a close friend of their friend group a while back. Even if she did confess her crush towards him, they still remained friends as it's not really a big deal. It isn't even a serious crush and now he even got someone, as clueless she may be who it is though. They never got to talk ever since. Though she noticed his smile a bit too bright that day, even after a while seeing her.
For a while, she means not till they got distant to her when the whole thing was at peak. Yuta was about the last connection she had close with her before he or they? decided to cut her off.
So it was bothering how he'll approach her the same with that article written by her at his hand.
Mind you, the article only got to push through this month, after being set aside in the pile of other submissions. How convenient.
She's no longer a member of the publishing team anymore as she had been asking her advisor countless of times already that she had quit last summer. Hence the argument void already.
I no longer need to explain myself. They won't care.
And the fact that she hasn't picked up a pen since that day.
She sighs, feeling numb.
So not worth it.
But alas, here she is running in her heels again.
What a way to start the day!
The halls are still quite empty as it's still way too early for the classes. So it was easy for her to run across the halls, minding her feet to run lightly. Though she might've passed by anyone she knows, any sense of concern is tossed out the window though, even if she bumped into Lee Jihoon.
Was that Lumi?
He held himself back in calling the girl as she looked distressed, as much that it was the first appearance of her since last week.
