Taehyung accompanied the younger Ravenclaw by the halls. Since her last class of the day is done, same with him, he asked Sierra if she was free for the rest of the evening. To his dismay, he received a 'no' from the girl, a pout distinct in his mouth at that. Sierra apologetically held on the other's arm, forcing a smile. "Maybe this weekend, let's hang, okay? –You know how we keep the study session frequent every Friday, right?"
The older Hufflepuff just hums, understanding quite well where she's coming from. But another thought came in mind as to why he thought it would be cancelled. "Wouldn't Lumi be around?"
Sierra sighs, as expected from him. He wanted an explanation though as will be given by the girl. "She'll miss our hangout, but can you believe it? She wouldn't actually do something awful, right?"
"If she will get called by a professor, I thought of a different reason either. Maybe she got qualified on the Triwizard tournament, you never know what to expect of Lumi-sshi, right?" A slight chuckle elicited off his lips, though the unsettling silence still hang between them.
The last time Lumi got dragged out of the hall along with the professor played back. He had known the younger Hufflepuff given she's friends with Jungkook and Sierra. So it appalled him as well to know she's been punished and given detention.
He kept a slow steady pace as he walks alongside Sierra on the stoned hallway.
"You talked to her today?" Taehyung asks, like if she caught on with her friend about this if ever. He can feel that the girl wants to talk as well, though the hesitance is present on her face. Sierra gives a small smile though not assuring enough to be called one. "A bit..."
A pause rang between them, following with a sigh as they reach the flight of stairs. Taehyung stopped on his tracks the same as the younger. Sierra worries over her lips, a slight tang of bile formed by her throat. "She shouldn't be shameful you know."
The worry was painted all over the Ravenclaw, and Taehyung knows too well it's better to put trust on the younger Hufflepuff. Quite bewildered still, he just pursed his lips. "She didn't' even deserve it either."
"She didn't do it..." She knows how Lumi can be. "But why..."
She knows how Lumi can be harsh on herself.
The night is still young, though most students had rest in mind as it's Friday. Yoongi is about to head back by the dungeons, not that his shift was done, he's still on patrol to roam around, going rounds. This route he took isn't quite walked through by students as it takes the longer way back to the dorms so there weren't much people around. But along the way the sight of the Hufflepuff girl made him stop on his tracks.
