Chapter 19

Krul, Ulquiorra, and Yukio were eyeing Sakura with a sadistic glint in their eyes as they thought of ways to...play...with her. The oblivious bubblegum was currently leading them around the village, showing them all of the places 'that her Sasuke-kun loved to visit or visited often' as she fangirled at each place. "And this is where Sasuke-kun always trained. He looked so hot." Sakura gushed. "You know, since he was the Last Uchiha-" Yukio slapped his hand over his mouth to muffle his laughter as Krul snorted rudely at the pink haired girl. "- I was to be one of his wives. I still feel guilty about our last mission together." She sighed mournfully. "If only I had been quicker, Sasuke-kun wouldn't have been raped by that demon!" She hissed angrily.

"Who is this 'demon' that you are referring to?" Ulquiorra asked, narrowing his mint green eyes at the pinkette in warning. Krul transformed into a large red fox with black paws while Sakura was distracted because she was answering Ulquiorra's question. She was the size of a full grown German Shepard and her fangs were the size of a human's thumb, with saliva starting to drip from them.

"The one and only Demon of Konoha. His name was Naruto Uzumaki and hopefully, he is dead now." Sakura spat their Uzukage's name with such venom that Krul growled and snapped her teeth, saliva flying through the air as she snarled.

Yukio's eyes widened in false panic and horror as he pointed a shaking finger at the large fox standing a few paces behind the group. "Whoreuno! Krul is missing and there is a large fox! It looks like its about to attack us!" He shouted, nodding discreetly at Krul who lunged at him with a loud howl.

Sakura's eyes widen and she moved, hoping that if she saved the Uzushio team, they can get a treaty with the village. She pushed Yukio out of the way just as Krul's teeth snapped closed on her arm.

Krul growled again. 'This is what you get you bitch!' She thought, tightening her grip, teeth tearing through the Konoha nins flesh and muscle tissue, blood spurting from the wound as she clawed at her other arm, Krul's claws leaving the other arm bloody as well. The fox shook her head fiercely, tearing the bite wounds open more. 'And leave Sasuke-sensei alone too!'

Sakura's eyes watered and she cried out in pain before she kicked the large fox away. The fox slid a few feet away from the wounded girl, blood dripping from her mouth as her teeth pulled back in a feral snarl. Sakura grabbed Yukio and Ulquiorra before shunshining away.

Krul's snarl turned into a foxy grin before she turned and bit her front left leg a couple of times before shifting back. She admired her work, the large fox bites bleeding heavily, blood already dripping from her fingers and pooling in the dirt.

"KRUL!" A familiar male voice shouted. Krul turned to se Hoshito and his group and her eyes welled up with tears.

"Hoshito!" She cried, giving him a one armed hug, making sure to hold her injured and bleeding arm away from his white clothes.

"What happened?" Shikamaru asked, inspecting her arm. "And where is your team?"

Krul winked at Kuro and Marin before sobbing dramatically. "It-It was horrible! A fox attacked me and dragged me away from my team and when I managed to get away, I came back and they were gone!" She cried out, burying her face into Hoshito's neck as he comforted her. Good thing they were all excellent in the art of deception.

Kuro wrapped his pale arms around her. "Don't worry, we'll find them." He said soothingly.

"We will, but first we need to get you to the hospital. You are losing a lot of blood. What a drag." Shikamaru muttered, grabbing the four children and going to the hospital.

Coincidentally, they ran into Sakura, Yukio, and Ulquiorra there. Sakura's arms were pretty messed up, Krul noted proudly. Yukio noticed Krul's arm and rushed over shouting, "MEDIC! MY TEAMMATE NEEDS A MEDIC!"

Shikamaru pointed at Sakura. "What happened to her?"

"A Fox attacked her after we noticed that Krul was missing. It lunged at me and she pushed me out of the way. After that-" Yukio started to explain.

"-Instead of staying to look for Krul, she rushed to the hospital to get her arms treated." Ulquiorra said in his typical monotone voice.

Shikamaru and the others were angry at the pinkette, but it was Marin who spoke first. "You left her?" She shrieked angrily, her grey eyes filling with rage. "This is an unfamiliar village and if we hadn't have found her, she would have bled to death in the streets!"

Sakura scowled at the thirteen year old girl with orange hair. "Don't talk to me like that you brat!" She hissed before blinking in panic as she realized what she said and to whom. "No! I meant after my arm was treated, we were going to go look for her!" She said in a false sweet smile.

"Lie." Hoshito glared at her before taking a pale hand through his snow white hair with a sigh. His blue eyes turned to look at his peers. "How are we going to explain that one of our own was injured and taken to the hospital?"

The Uzukage's voice came from behind them, as cold as ice. "I would like to know that as well."
