A/N ello mates! winter is here and there's no snow where i am! haha well there was but then it got warm and now it's gone xp oooooh i'm getting a kitten soon! i can't wait her name is spice.
Third person p.o.v
As Dane, Mac, Dawn and little Erica walked back to the house, they saw that everyone was outside the house as the police wearing taking the young ones away. Finch and Daxx stood with sad eyes as kiwi cried and screamed while a police man took her away to a cop car. Teya and Tes were silent as another explained to them what will happen next, Ish and Charlie were arguing with a police off to the side. When they reached the scene a officer took Mac away to speak with him while a few others came to talk with Dane and Dawn.
"hi, I'm officer James and this is officer Wolfe" The man said to them. "we're gonna have to take Erica, and you two boys as well, this man is not suitable to be a foster home. we'll take you some place safe from here. he said with a smile.
"I'm sorry but I'm not going, I know I'm of age to decide where I go and do not go, and I'm staying here, as I like it here." Dane says simply
"Look I know you just got use to things here but it's not good for a kid like you." Officer James reply's
"You don't know who I am so don't speak like you know me, Officer. I'm staying here and that it."
"yea and that goes for me, I just got here and I finally have the support I need so I'm not leaving either." Dawn says as his straightens himself.
Shaking their heads the officers take Erica's hand and starts walking away. Dawn going to reach out for her, is stopped by Dane firm hand.
"but why?" Dawn whimpers
"she wasn't ours to keep, they found a relative of her's and they are taking her in. they have a kid her age so, it's best that way." Dane says quietly. Dawn slumping his shoulders, gave in. Walking over to Finch and Daxx, Dawn runs a head and hugs Daxx, even though they had just met, they were becoming close. Feeling a tap on the shoulder, Dane is then spun around to face Officer James.
"yes Officer?" Dane says annoyed.
"why.. are you wearing that mask?" James asks, with a strange look.
"Because I can." Dane remarks
"take it off"
"no"
take it off boy"
"I said no"
"take it off!" the officer's roared
"I said no, so leave it alone" Dane says coldly as he begun to turn away.
Grabbing Danes shoulder Officer James whips him back around and rips the mask off.
"holy shit boy! what wrong with your eyes!" the Officer yelps. Feeling very panicked Dane turns around with his head down and speed walks away from the man. Using his hair he hides his eyes and trys to stay away from others but Charlie see's him after his own fight with an officer to stay at the house.
"Dane are you okay? I saw what that Officer did, let me see." Charlie says as his warm hands grasp Danes cheeks.
"Charlie it's alright, really" Dane protests.
"Dane I know you're strong but just let me check okay." Charlie sighs, letting him lift his head, Dane opens his eyes to let Charlie see. As he did, Charlie stared with calm eyes, holding his eye contact, Charlie says. "their not that bad..."
In a bit of shock from what Charlie said, Dane's eyes start to tear up. Charlie not wasting a second closes the gap between the two and hugs Dane.
"It's okay Dane, it's okay" Charlie whispers.
