~( SENSE ITS MOTHERS DAY I SHALL POST EXTRA CHAPTER! I HOPE YOU ALL SPOILED YOUR MOTHERS :) )~

That morning was something special, Shiro woke up first to only smile and leave quietly allowing us to sleep longer. But the moment he moved I awoke. Curse my very light sleep, I stayed put however sense I wanted Keith to see that I stayed with him and didn't leave.

I may have never had a child before. But I'd be damned if anything happened to this one.

The morning rays from the small window came in as Keith slowly woke up and to see my still sleeping form. He freaked out a little bit but ultimately stayed sense he enjoyed the comfort and warmth of being simply near me.

Keith never felt like this towards anyone before. Not even with his dad, well, what he remembers of his dad.

He... didn't want it to leave him.

Alas the announcements started blaring to wake everyone up as I acted like I was waking up to see a blushing Keith who was sitting up and playing with my waist long hair.

I smiled at him as I said a simple good morning before sitting up and rubbing my eyes.

I yawn feeling not enough energetic for the day but I'll live.

"Ok I'm going to go now but remember Keith if you need anyone-"

"I'll go to you." He said while smiling. I smiled back and pointed to Shiros bed.

"Shiro cares a lot about you too. Be great full for that ok?" He nodded as he moved so I could get out as I walk towards the door I turn around to face Keith.

"My rookie is named Lance, he's a cargo pilot, he would be a nice friend or rival?" I say while raising an eyebrow as he rolled his eyes.

"I can make my own friends!" He told me, not yelled, not whispered, but in a teasing and caring tone.

"Alright! But Lance can't." He laughed at that as I exited the room walking to mine but coming across my roomie. MATT HOLT,

"Sooooo~" he wiggles his beanie eyed eyebrows at me as I questioned his motive.

"I saw you come out of Shiros room and you didn't come in last night?" I deadplan as I flick his forehead.

"I was helping his rookie, Keith. GET your mind out of the gutter Matt."

He laughed,
"Yeah sure! As long as you get out of-"

"Finish That sentence and you won't be coming to class anymore." He gulped and laughed it off as he headed towards the cafeteria.

I swear I live with immature kids.

I sighed before going into our room, taking a shower, braiding my black hair. Then getting changed into my own wear. Being the best at the Garrison gets me special privileges.

My casual outfit included a leather jacket with the garison logo on the left shoulder pad. And a cool faded spaceship on the back. I wore a black tank top to blend with the dark brown leather jacket as I tucked the Tank top into some grey ripped jeans and a pair of black combat boots. My braid rested on my right shoulder flowing down to my elbow. My striking red eyes were behind some heavy sun glasses that completed the badass pilot look.

As I got to the cafeteria I saw Keith sitting alone, I smile at him and went to sit with him but Lance and a couple other kids came in front of me.

"Look! It's Ms.Dean! The best Pilot ever!"

"And she's MY instructor!"

"Your so lucky Lance!" I rolled my eyes as I could see Shiros rookie getting jealous.

"Ok ok settle down now, I just wanna eat."

"Oh no need Ms.Dean I got food for both of us!" Lance yells as he grabs my wrist and pulls me to where him and his "buddies" are sitting as I sit next to him. Reach up with my right hand and start ruffling his hair.

"Hey-y!" We laughed as he fixed it as I peacefully ate my yogurt and granola bar in peace.

"Instructor Shiro, Dean, Matt. And Engineer Holt, report to headmasters office." Lance gave me a confused look.

I shrugged my shoulders and told everyone at the table that it's probably another mission we are to go on.

As I walk down the halls I bump into Shiro.

"Oh hey Dean! I really want to thank you for what ever you did with Keith."

I smiled up at him as we kept walking.

"No need to thank me, I've been wanting to be his friend for a while." I smile knowing Keith was near by and heard us sense I could smell him.

Well not him. More like his blood.

Once we get into the office, headmaster, Mr.Holt, Matt, and some others were all there around a table with a file labeled 'Kerberos'
