~Motel or Meth Lab?~
Kie eventually convinced them that it would be best to take this to the coast guard and maybe get a finders fee. "If we don't have to work all summer then I will be so happy" Shaye said resting on JJ's shoulder. They all agreed silently.
Once they made it, the group walked in to see the place packed with people yelling. JB was trying to get one of the worker's attention but he was yelled at instead, which made Shaye laugh.
Realizing this wasn't gonna work they walked outside. "Well that went well" Pope said sighing.
"So what's the plan?" Shaye asked
"I think I know how we are gonna find the guy that owns that boat." John B said waving the motel key.
Pope started to protest and talk about how bad of an idea it was but Shaye cut him off. "Come on Pope it'll be fine."
Pope groaned and Kie added on "We'll be lookout"
JB then reminded him of the finders fee and Pope gave in. They all piled in the boat and made their way to the motel. JJ let out a low whistle as they arrived. "I thought the chateau looked bad"
"This place is disgusting" John B agreed
"Motel or Meth lab" Shaye added on looking at the beat up building.
"You be the judge" Pope said
They pulled up to the motel and JJ hopped off saying "This is your captain speaking, HMS Pogue comin in for landing"
Shaye let out a laugh and got up. "You coming Shaye?" JJ asked with her hand stretched out to her. Shaye nodded and grabbed it while hopping off the boat.
"Hey" Pope said talking to Shaye "Don't let him do anything stupid" He finished referencing to JJ
Smiling, Shaye said "But where's the fun in that?"
Kie just groaned rolled her eyes while JJ gave her a high five. Pope then looked at John B and said the same thing. "I'm not making promises" JB said
"Be careful" Kie said handing him the keys. "I mean it"
Shaye and JJ looked at each other with raised eyebrows before they headed to the building. JJ was the first one to bring it up "Just be so careful John B" he said grabbing JB's shoulder imitating Kie.
JB pushed him off "God you're so weird"
Shaye let out a laugh "What was that about?" She said looking at him.
