We decided to go on a trip to the Maldives for our 1 year anniversary being together. I have always dream to go there but since I am single I always put the plan on hold as the Maldives is a travel destination for couples. Since this year I have somebody to spend my holidays with, I put the Maldives on my list of travel destination and find a suitable time to go. Since the Maldives is a beautiful destination for couples, I chose to go there to celebrate our anniversary and when I asked my boyfriend if he has any schedule in July and when he said he has no filming or fan meetings, I straightaway suggested to go on a holiday to celebrate and he agrees. Why the Maldives? Because that is the best place where we can spend our quality time together undisturbed and hardly being noticed by fans. After what happened in LA during our last holiday, we need to be extra careful when we are overseas. We seriously underestimate our fans. We thought we will only easily being recognized in South Korea but we are wrong. After some thorough researches, Maldives has a lot of small isolated islands and the percentages to meet Koreans on one island is very low and most of the resorts there offered private villas with personal butler services so privacy is excellent. 

Hyun Bin agrees to my suggestions right away. He took care of our flight tickets and transportation while I am in charge to find the resort to stay. I decided to stay at St Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort where it offers private villas and personal butler service. We only found out later that my newlywed friend Lee Jung Hyun will be spending her honeymoon in the Maldives too, luckily they are staying at a different resort on a different island from us. But she always claimed that I am following her for the honeymoon. I am so not going to be a third wheeler and I won't go to the Maldives if I do not have someone special with me. We chose to spend 6 days and 5 nights to unwind and being together before we got busy with our drama shooting which going to kickstart at the end of the month. Though we are starring in the same drama, with the packed schedule, we can hardly spend our time alone, hence we decided to have our quality time before it started. 

We just finished our anniversary sex and were lying on the bed facing the private pool of our villa. He pulls the blanket to cover our body and there are few flower petals pasted on our body because of the sweat. One of the cool things of the private villas in the Maldives are it is arranged apart from each other and you cannot see the other villa next to you. That's how much the level of privacy they offer. It means we can enjoy being intimate while looking at the vast sea in front of us while enjoying sunrise or sunset. Hyun Bin and I are cuddling embracing each other's warmth. He caresses the top of my head like always and I enjoying his after sex scent. 

"Jagiya."

"Hmmm." 

"You told me last time that I can talk about marriage after we reached 1 year. Do you mind we talk about it?" he carefully arranging his words not to get me off guard. I can see this is coming as I am the one who asked him to wait. Since I made a promise to him, I cannot breaks it. 

I look up to him and smile. "Yes, we can. I promised you that I won't run away from the discussion this time," It is very rare to have the guy who is more ready to settle down in a relationship. Most of the times, it is always the girl who wanted to settle down first. I am not sure to call myself lucky or not, but I love to see his determination to move our relationship to the next level. 

His deep dimple is showing after hearing what I said, he must be relieved that finally, I agree to talk about this matter with him. I know that he wanted to talk about it several times already but respecting my decision, he keeps it to himself all this while. "What do you say if we get married after our drama ends? Somewhere around next year?"
