How are you my dearest fans? I hope you are all healthy and safe during this pandemic season. It has been a while, I haven't greeted you, isn't it?

To be honest, I do not know how to start this. I have been contemplating to write this or not but I finally mustered up my courage to come clean with you all. The reason I am writing to you is I want to share with you something important. I want to personally relay the news to you guys.

2020 is indeed a challenging year for all of us. The world is facing unexpected pandemic and many of us are affected. We are being lockdown at our house for a while, banned for travelling, work has to be done from home, practising social distancing and adjusting to the new norm.

As for me, 2020 also is a very meaningful year. My latest drama, Sarangui Bulsichak ended last winter and thanks to all of you, it received so much love and all the production team are delightful on its achievement. I am very happy that I managed to give quality work to you guys to repay all the supports you had given me all these years. This year also, I had found someone that I want to spend my life with. Someone that I want to share my happiness and my sorrow and grow old together. My life partner. We started off as colleagues before moving on as close friends to lover. After 2 years of being together, we decided to tie the knot.

On a fine morning of mid-May 2020, I had registered my marriage with Hyun Bin ssi. As we are planning for our wedding, we are blessed by a beautiful miracle from God that overwhelmed us. Because of this, we need to bring forward our marriage earlier. We could not think of any better time to do it. We feel it slightly inappropriate to do a big wedding in this tough time so we only register our marriage first.

I know that this may be upsetting to some of you and I am sorry to share you the news this way. Believe me, I wish I could tell you guys in a different way but I want to keep my personal life private. I want to have a normal lifestyle and relationship like anyone else hence I never admitted to dating him before. I hope you understand my actions.

I hope you can always pray for me and my family. I will continue to be a diligent actress Son Ye Jin and give you my best as an actress in future to repay all of the kindness and support you have given me all these years.

The reason I am writing to you is I want to share some happy news with you, my fans. I have met someone that I would like to spend the rest of my life with and as I am writing this to you, I had already become someone's husband. A few weeks ago, my wife and I had registered our marriage in her hometown, Daegu. I guess you already know the woman that I chose as my life partner. Yes, it is Son Ye Jin ssi.

The reason we have been very careful with our relationship is that we want to have a normal relationship like others without having too much attention. We have thought long and hard about this marriage and as we are evaluating our decisions, a miracle came to surprise us. I have been thinking about marriage for a while and with this gift, I know that it is something important that needs to be done.
