He observed felix while he followed him home and althought felix confessed to him what went on. Jason knew. That wasn't the real reason.

Felix thought about the apology. It took almost everything in him not to rush back to Jason and jump into his arms. But he had to think this out.

He still had the murder at the back of his mind , but he came to the conclusion a few days ago that there was no way it could've been jason, so he stopped thinking about it and with it went away the stress he was feeling from the situation.

He had to know that he could trust Jason before befriending him and to figure that out he needed time. That night he walked home and rested for the rest of the day. The next few days he repeated the process. With his new friend Eb his life seemed to be mending itself.

...

On the next Thursday morning, Felix crawled out of his bed. He did his usual routine getting ready for school. This time he wore a long sleeved sweater and some baggy sweatpants and he wore simple old school vans on his feet with white socks.

He didn't need to cover or hide his neck any more as the scar faded into nothing. He seemed to gain a liking for baggier clothes. It make him feel safe and he guessed, according to the public's reaction, it hid his body.

That was his biggest insecurity.

There was nothing worse than changing in a room filled with huge men with bulging muscles for P.E while him and about two other guys had the skinniest. He felt that he looked too feminine sometimes so he used his clothes to cover himself up and it seemed to work.

Once he was done getting ready he walked out and met with Rebecca who was waiting outside of his door leaning on her small light blue buggy.

She had a huge smile on her dark skinned face. Felix noticed how cute she was. She wore a huge sweater which took up half of her body with blue ripped jeans.

However Felix knew although she looked cute, she was crazy at heart.

She began picking him up two days after they met. Felix begged her not to but she didn't give him an option.

She waved her hand encouraging Felix to hurry up so he ran towards her until he was sitting inside the car.

Since Rebecca couldn't talk or write while driving it was usually Felix who did all the talking. He'd play some music and just endlessly talk.

Before he was worried if Rebecca actually cared but she assured him all the time that she loved listening to his stories. She soon began to realise that all these stories were gravitating around the same person.

Jason.

Felix told her that something bad happened between them and they currently weren't talking. But Rebecca tried to do whatever she could to have felix forgive him.

Every time he talked about him his face would just light up and he'd have the most inocent and beautiful smile. She wanted to see it more and if Jason was the answer then so be it. Every time Rebecca brought up forgiving him Felix went silent.

He was constantly in a battle with himself about Jason and he honestly had no idea what to do. But after hearing Rebecca's reasoning he began to think that maybe he should forgive jason.

He remembered the look in Jason's eye when he saw him on the ground breaking down. Deep down he knew that, that punch was never going to hit him.

He couldn't help but trust Jason no matter what happened between them.

They reached school.

They both climbed out of their seats and Rebecca locked the door with her key before ascending towards the school's entrance followed by Felix.

Felix knew they both had different first periods so they said their goodbyes once they reached the door.

The morning had been so cheerful it felt weird being alone again. He walked through the hallway on the way to his class.

That didn't last so long.

Suddenly, a hand grabbed and stuffed him into a closet. The door shut behind him and Felix's heart rapidly began beating.

What was happening?
Who was this ?
Jason ?

The light switch turned on and when Felix's eyes settled one who it was in front of him he felt worse.

Philip.

He Instantly turned around and began banging on the door he was hoping that someone passing by would hear him.

Philip  caught onto the plan and grabbed Felix hands turning him around to face him.

"Stop!" He shouted in a hushed voice. He understood Felix's concern and said what he knew would calm him down. "Im not going to hurt you."

Felix stopped moving.

"You're not?" He asked genuinely surprised. He really thought that this was his revenge. He just had to confirm what he heard.

It wasn't like the assumption was crazy.

Philip was cause quite tall. He wore a ripped denim jacket with a white shirt inside. A chain hung on neck and he also wore black trousers accompanied with trainers.

"I want to warn you. "

and this is where the confusion kicked in.

What could philip possibly warn me about ?

Felix tilted his head, thinking and implying philip to carry on.

"Jason. He's dangerous."

When felix heard the words he wasn't surprised much longer. Everybody thought that Jason was dangerous. The rumors surrounding his dad's workplace floated the school and everybody wanted a piece of the life.

This is why it was hard for him to find people who wanted to be with him because of who he was and not his money.

"You don't understand. Look what he did to me felix. " Felix looked up at Philips. He noticed he still had some bruises and scratches on his face. "All of these were done by him " Philip pleaded referring to his face and what lay upon it.

Felix turned his body around ready to leave," and who's fault was that?" He said gripping the door handle.

"When was the last time you've seen Max."

That hit the nail right on the head.

Felix's hand on the door knob suddently became frozen cold. He thought for a while.

I can't believe anything someone like Philip says. He doesn't care for me the only reason he'll ever do something like this is to avenge himself.

Felix didn't turn back around. He immediately busted out of the door into the busy hallway. He instantly caught eye contact with jason who stood on the other side.

Did he know?

Felix didn't stick around to find out, he turned away and went on his way to his lessons.

FELIX: Hey max, how's it going I haven't heard from you in a minute. Call me sometime?

Felix couldn't help himself.
