Previously...

He reached over to the coffee table taking a swig of the brandy inside. Thinking of only one thing.

Its time.

A loud knock resounded throughout Jason's room. Jason stirred in his bed his eyes slowly opening to reveal his open door and dad standing in the doorway.

He inwardly groaned. He didn't like being around him it always introduced a wave of stress within himself. He sighed before sitting up in his bed. The fast movement made his head bang.

"Jason." His dad started, he never reslly said his name frequently so this must've been serious.

Jason's eyes was trained on his dad ready to take in whatever he said but it seemed as if his dad was hesitating. He simply told Jason to get ready then join him in his office for a quick chat. Jason was beyond confused.

What could he possibly want.

When his dad finally left the room Jason let out a yawn while stretching his body to ready himself for the day.

He couldn't wait to see Felix again. After what he did in the barhroom stool that one time, his want and need for felix amplified. Jason thought to himself there was no way this could be healthy but he couldnt help it.

Swinging his legs over his bed he stood up before walking into the bathroom. He did all his morning routines and got dressed for the school day. He wore his usual balck attire. Black jesns. Black leather. Jacket. Black combat boots.

Like he was going to a funeral. It was fitting.

He walked out of his toom making his way to his fathers office. It stood at the end of the hallway and as his house was quite the sight, it took a while to get there.

Jason lived in a mansion with marble decorating every corner of the house. There wasn't a speck of dust seen anywhere the house was always kept clean and tidy.

Unlike what went in it.

He sometimes felt like he was too dirty to be in there. Like he was tainted with something darker.

He quickened his pace to his dad's office pushing his troubling thoughts out of his mind. Knocking on the door he was immediately granted acces into the room.

He slowly walked in being wary of his surrounding he didnt know what his dad was up to and to be honest he felt like he could do anything. It wouldn't hurt for him to keep his guard up around him.

"Sit down, son" his dad's deep voice rumbled as Jason walked towards the couch in the corner if the room. His dad joined him sitting opposite of him. He took deep breaths.

His dad wanted to see if he could get the truth out of Jason before bringing it up so he began with questions which shocked Jason.

Mr stone was the kind of man to ask question not to provide andwers.

"Why did you do it?"

Jason immediately stilled.

He knew exactly what his dad was talking about but had no idea how he found out. It was meant fo be kept top secret. He couldn't even believe what he was capable of.

He didn't want to admit that deep deep down he was just like his father. He wasn't going to become a monster like him however sitting in front of him at this moment being questioned why he ordered an innocent man killed just for going out on a date with his childhood friend.

He could feel the resemblance between him and his father.

Jason slowly turned his head upwards making eye contact with his dad who patiently waited for an answer.

"I don't know."

And that was it.

Jason didn't like that that was the truth.

The anger and frustration he felt took over and before he knew it he called up one of his dad's best assassins ordering them to murder Max.

It was fucked but Jason didn't regret it in the slightest.

In fact he came to the haunting conclusion that he'd do it again and again if need be.

Jason's dad just looked at him and jason swore he saw his eyes softening. He wasn't sure what this was but it was closest to a father son moment then he'd ever had before.

"Jason. I've noticed you been unable to control your feelings." Mr stone said his head hung low while still high enough to be looking Jason into his eyes.

He completely related to what Jason was going though however his situation was different and handled incorrectly.

His possessiveness was so bad that it began to destroy his relstionship with the most important person in his life. Jason's mother. He took a deep breath before continuing as Jason waited.

"I'm guessing it's because of this boy. Felix, Right?"

Jason's breathe hitched.

How did he know about him?

The last thing Jason would ever want was to involve felix into his dirty buisness however him being involved with Felix in itself seemed to already be too much to keep him out of this dangerous world.

"Have you considered maybe spending some time away from him?" Jason's dad said cautioously knowing this could easily trigger his son.

Jasons arm tensed upon hearing what his dad said.

There was no way that he could be without Felix not again, what he went through was already heart wrenching and now that he and felix was back on good terms he had no intention on leaving him again. He looked at his dad with a look of amazement on his face.

What he said was quite surprising. He dad getting involved in his personal affairs. That was new. However it was something else that made his heart twist and turn in a painful dance. His dad didn't even know it was his birthday today.

He wouldn't let him ruin this. He was fine. He could control his emotions. Or so he thought.

Jason decided that nothing would break him and Jason apart. Nothing.

He didn't bother giving his father a response and left the room. His heart was rapidly besting.

Im in control. Im in control.

He repeated in his head as if almost to convince himself.

He hopped down the stairs seeing his sister, Colbi on the way sitting on a counter.

"Happy Birthday." Her quiet yet strong voice said.

She looked at him and he hated it. The look on her face almost said to him.

You know you cant control anything.

She wasn't thinking any of that.

Jason slammed the front door pacing all the way to his car and out of the driveway.

He was on his way to school.

Completely in control.
