it's all my fault (Sonadow)

Chapter 10

Day two on the road, 11.20pm:

Rouge:"I'm telling you, it's over here!"

Silver:"But there's no road!"

Rouge:"Silver... This IS a road!"

Silver:"...... Oh."

They were searching for a convenience store  because of the precipitation, they didn't took foods.

Sonic was talking with Tails on the computer while Amy was hugging his arm and Shadow had his head resting on his shoulder.
Amy was sometimes glaring at Shadow from being to close of Sonic.

When they arrived in front of the little store, Silver, Espio and Amy decided to go get everything they needed, since no one at G.U.N. knew that they were with Shadow.
Sonic and Rouge stayed with Shadow in the van.

The ebony hedgehog was looking down.

"You're okay Hon?"

"I wish that Omega was here...."

"I know Shadow but he's linked with G.U.N.'s headquarters. The Commander would use him to chase you...."

As the black hedgehog sobbed, the blue one and the bat hugged him.

Suddenly, the computer started to beep.

"Tails? What's happening?"

"There's Eggman's robots near you at East!"

"Egghead?.... Alright, I'm going to it"

Shadow stood up with him.

"I'm coming with you!"

"What? No! You have to stay here!"

As Sonic went out, the computer beeped again.

"Other robots are coming from South!"

"I'm going!"

Rouge opened the hide and put Shadow in it. He was hugging her arms tightly, not letting her go.

"I'll be back in a second Shadow, don't worry...."

The bat kissed the hedgehog's forehead before closing the hide and went fighting robots.

There was no sound for a while, except for the metal from the robots who were being destroyed by Sonic and Rouge.

I was curled up in the hide, crying silently, waiting for someone to come back.

Suddenly, I heard someone coming to the van. He opened the door. I whispered.

"Rouge...? Espio....? S-Sonic....?"

Footsteps were coming to me and suddenly, my hide opened, revealing the one who came back.

It was Metal Sonic....

I tried to fight him but there was two others robots were tied up my arms and legs. One had a red round head, the other a yellow cube head.

I struggled but Metal put something around my neck, making me weaker.

I tried to fight back but I was too much weak.

Metal took me on his robotic shoulder and took me away from the van. The yellow and the red follows.

"Hey! Wait for us!"

I then passed out.

After destroying the last robot, I went back to the van. Rouge was missing, which started to stress me because when I opened the hide, Shadow wasn't there too.

I called her.

*Sonic? What's wrong?*

*Where are you?!*

*There was other robots so I came fight them! Don't worry, Shadow is safe in the van!*

*He isn't there!!*

*What?!!*

I heard that Rouge was flying and I started to see her coming back.

"What do you mean he isn't there?!!"

"He's gone!!!"

Rouge flew back in the air, trying to see him in a global view.

I then saw a letter in the van.

“Sonic, I'm taking Shadow to G.U.N.!
If you want to save him, you have to come to me and let me kill you!
It's a life for a life.

Signed, Robotnik.”

After finishing the letter, I felt all my rage coming out of my heart. My quills started to wander up.

Then, my fur became darker.

I get out of the van while Espio, Silver and Amy were coming out of the store.

Espio:"Sonic? What's happening?! The last time I saw you like that was terrible!"

Silver:"W-What's happening to him?!"

Espio:"When Sonic is like that, that's mean that someone hurt badly one of his friends... Last time, Eggman almost get killed because Tails has been in the hospital for days because of him...."

Sonic:"And today he is dead for sure....."
