"So, (Y/n) how is school going?" Toriel asked me.

"Pretty good actually. I have decent grades, good friends, and nice teachers."

Frisk paid me a glare for a second, before looking at Chara, and then going back to her food. "Say, since our date went...wrong, have you taken interest in any other girl?" I gave it a second to think. That... could be Chara, since her mother advised me to try, but... since she's so popular back at school and every boy in it want her, I don't want her to think I'm just another guy that's after her. And I don't want to ruin our friendship with that.
"No, I haven't ." Was my answer.

"Really ? You know, I heard there is a girl at school that likes you, and you-" Frisk was about to finish, when she suddenly jumped.

I kicked Frisk under the table so she would shut up. First mom and now her why won't they leave it to me? Has my family decided to ruin this for me?

"Frisk, is something wrong?"
(Y/n) asked her.

"No, I guess I just stubbed my toe." She said paying a glance at me. Hopefully (Y/n didn't notice that.

The rest of the dinner was filled with silence, since none of us could come up with topics for a conversation. I wanted to talk with ( Y/n) a little more, but after dinner he went directly to Kris room, a room that mom has forbidden me to enter tonight. Looks like this sleepover was a waste of time. I sigh, might as well wait till mom and miss goody two shoes fall asleep to go get some chocolate.

Right now, I was Kris's bed, trying to close my eyes and let my tiredness take me away. But, to my bad luck, I wasn't tired at all. More like bored than tired. Perhaps, if I remain in the bed for a while, that will change.

Three hours have passed. Looks like once again, I am unlucky.

A few sounds were heard outside the room. They were pretty silent, as if it was someone trying to sneak up. At least now I have a reason to get up from the bed. After slowly getting up, my own steps could've been heard, as I made my way outside the room. My hand reached the doorknob, and slowly twisted it, to open the door. No one was behind it however.

A sound came from downstairs, as if a door was open. I took it down the stairs, and entered the said place, to find a Chara in her pajamas searching through the shelfs.

"Come on, were did she left them." She voiced.

"Hey, watcha doing?"

Chara quickly turned around, only to relax seeing it was just me. "Oh, hello (Y/n). I'm just looking for some chocolate." I raised an eyebrow.

"At this hour? You might not be able to sleep anymore." She just rolled her eyes.

"Couldn't sleep anyway. I know mom had two chocolate bars somewhere in these shelfs but I can't find them!" Wait a second...

"Here, Toriel gave me these earlier and told me to give them to you, if you believe me or not." I informed, throwing Chara the chocolate her mother gave earlier.

She gave me a questioning look, but then brushed it off and took the chocolate. Chara offered me one, but I denied, as I planned to catch some sleep eventually.

...

A silence suddenly fell, as none of us knew what to say. There are a few thing I wanted to discuss with Chara, but right now I'm kinda... shy I guess. For now all I could do was watch Chara chew her chocolate, not having a care in the world.

"Hey," she said "come with me." Heading to the stairs, I followed the girl to wherever she was guiding me to. We entered what to me seemed to be the attic. Chara opened a window, and... went out on it? "Come on scaredy cat, trust me." She called as I made my way on the window, and the next thing I knew we were on the roof. "I wanted to show you... this" she pointed to the sky.

We took a seat on the tiles, and stared in awe at the beatiful sky we had tonight.

"Nice eh? I used to do this all the times. Every time I was sad I would sneak up somewhere high, and stare at the stars all night." Said Chara.

I feel like we should have that talk now. "Chara, I'm sorry for bringing that up in a nice moment like this, and I know it's not my business,but..." I started.
"Why do you hate Asriel so much? I'm not mad about the lie you told to him, but I'd like to know why you dislike him so much."

Chara waited a minute before telling me their story." Well, long ago... we where very good friends. Besties even. We would play all day as kids, and always were so happy. But one day... I asked him to... help me with something. Something very important, I sacrificed a lot for. But then and there, when he was supposed to finish it,although now I'm very glad he didn't do it, he hesitated. Many, many horrible things have happened because of that, everything went down from that point."

Her crimson red eyes were filled with pain and sorrow, and her face wasn't a different story, so I decided it be best not to ask more about it. An idea then came to my mind that could brighten her up. "Hey, let's play a game!"

"What kind of game?" She asked confused.

"I ask a question, you answer, and then it's your turn to ask me. You go first since I already asked you one."

Chara took a moment to think." Hmm, What's your favorite show?" The game started.

"That would be (Favorite show). I watched every episode from every season. What's your favorite food?" I asked on my turn.

"Chocolate. I could eat it every time, every day, at every meal. The worst thing you've eaten?"

I stopped for a second before answering, trying to form an answer that wouldn't be rude.

"Let me guess, Papyrus homemade spaghetti?" Chara asked, and I nodded my head.
"He tries his best, but he can be a little too... creative."

"What's your favorite color?" I asked her, being that it was my turn.

"Red, but green fits me well too." I blushed a little.

"I really like the red in your eyes. It's very beatiful." She blushed.

"Have you ever had a girlfriend?"

"No, I only dated one girl. And you know how that went."

"Does that mean your single?" She asked, making her way to my side.

"It's not your turn you know!" I shouted, both of us laughing at my comment.

Me and Frisk squealed as quiet as we could, as we did not wanted to let the two know we were listening to them in the attic.

"Listen, it's getting pretty late. We should head back." We heard
(Y/n) say. Quickly as posibile we ran back inside, and dashed to our rooms, where we pretended to be asleep.

God, I hope they're gonna have kids. I really want a grandchild.
