Inside her office

-HANJI-

First thing I did when we reached my office was ask Levi to wait inside because I left something in my car (certification paper that Moblit and I got from Division Office) which I need to hand to Erwin.

I didn't mean to leave the paper on purpose; I really forgot to take it with me. I was thankful since it gave me some moment to think and calm down.

I handed off the said paper to Erwin who asked me if I needed some hand with cleaning. I told him that there's no need and he should just wait for the other certification papers that are still to be passed. I was able to convice him with my answer so as to prevent him from meeting Levi in my office. Once outside Erwin's office, I headed straight back to mine.

I pointed out to Levi which stuff should he help me with, like moving some boxes, cleaning, discarding trash; and which one he shouldn't bother, like putting away records and files and packing up weird looking tools. He was fine with it so we went down to business immediately. I handed him cleaning materials which I never knew to be in my office until just last week when I packed up books from the shelves. Levi started cleaning and moving the boxes to where I tell him to put them.

While cleaning kept him busy, I sorted and put away papers that are to be fetched again in the next school year. While doing so, Levi called my attention and asked where to put the box he was holding.

"Just put it on the table. My coteachers' stuffs are in there. I have to give them back when I have time."

He did as I said then continued cleaning. I continued doing my stuff. This time, with greater speed so I can finally move on to packing up tools that I need to bring back to the lab.

Pending SIPs, lab papers, portfolio papers, assessment reports, leftover activity sheets, and other whatnots. It took me more than thirty minutes to manage them. I piled separately those that I need to take home. And then I put them in the box, among my coteachers' stuffs. I also cleaned up my desk. I glanced at my watch, I read the time.

It's almost 2:30 already?

I washed my hands first before going over to another table filled with lab stuffs above and below. One by one, I put them back to their compartments. I checked if I missed anything.

...Petri dishes, glass slides, vials, concave and convex mirrors, 3D models,...

Oh. The microscope. Where did the students put it?

"Hey, Four Eyes! What should I do with this?" I heard Levi which made me look up.

I saw him pointing at the compound microscope. It was placed at the edge of an empty bookshelf counter. I groaned at the sight.

"Ow... Why did they put it there?! It could've been bumped over!" I exclaimed and sighed in frustration.

I looked around me and seeing that I can't move with all these stuffs surrounding me, I asked Levi to carry the microscope over to me.
