Hello! I'm back! I have decided to come and try to finish where I began here since I wasn't able to fulfill my promises over these past few years of writing this. I will try my best to finish it in the same mindset as I began! I hope you enjoy this!!

Kara

     Jericho.

A strange name to call something-but a meaningful name nonetheless.

Similar to how Geronimo may seem to some..

I felt a shift on my shoulder as I felt Alice shift her head as she slept and smiled at our journey so far:

Of Abuse, rescue, work, escape..

And hoping her future would involve less torment than it has throughout her life.

I need to find this girl, Y/n. Whoever she is, Connor wishes for her safety in Jericho, and for her to know of his love for her. He felt what I felt for Alice, love for another. I would make sure of it she knew, no matter what. As if hearing my thoughts again, Alice shifted on my shoulder as she tightened her hold around my arm. Everything that we had been through from the beginning had been to help each other and keep each other safe. No matter what she would live in freedom. Not the enslavement of her abusive father, but under care and kindness unlike any other.

That I would guarantee no matter the cost.

Y/N

Not much longer than a week after Markus led Jericho to take supplies from the CyberLife wear-house, did another plan come into play. This time our main objective was to break into a nearby broadcasting system tower and finally broadcast our official view on equal rights for men and android alike.

After all, this certainly wouldn't be easy. And could determine how the public's opinion may sway if not executed properly.

This was so different from what I was used to in my small town back home. Before this, my life simply consisted of Coffee, afternoon strolls to the bookstore, and midnight check-ins with friends.

Never in my life would I imagine standing up against my own kind for the freedom of Life given to AI.

Trust me, I will never regret my decision, but at times like this where the risk level has never been so high, you can't help but doubt you're abilities a little.

Snapping me from my nail-biting daydream was Markus's light hand on my shoulder.

I stared into his one green and one blue eye admiring how much life they held knowing that in just a few hours our view would be heard all across Detroit.

"You worried about today huh? Can't blame you." He chuckled shortly sitting on the right side of the crate. "And don't bite your nails so far, at this rate you won't have much more left to function properly." He said taking my hand from my lips and setting it in his own, resting it against his leg.

I snorted, he really could lighten the mood as easily as Carl. It always reminded me of him when he made his desperate attempts at making every situation as comfortable as possible.

I squeezed his hand feeling the effect of recent nail biting. "I think the longest my nails have grown has to be when I was too busy shoving barbies in Leo's face when we were younger."

I leaned my head against his shoulder, enjoying the warmth it brought me.

"Are you sure you want to come with us still? You can always stay while we decoy our way in. I know it would be different from the plan but if you feel too nervous we can always change it Y/N."

Markus said laying his head on top of mine with a gentle hand squeeze of reassurance.

I shifted my head so he could look me in the eye.

"No I'm definitely going, it's best if I come with my experience as a former employee, I think it's mostly beforehand jitters."

I smiled, rubbing his hand evenly as he graced me with his smile.

From the corner, North approached us letting us know we would be departing in twenty minutes, causing us to glance over our shoulders.

I squeezed Markus's hand one last time before we made our way toward the exit and prepared ourselves for the complicated mission ahead of ourselves.
