Chapter 19

My father knew that not even I could refuse to have lunch with them together almost like a family again. So I took no time at all to reply back "I'll meet you guys there about noon?" The reply I got back was a simple "sounds good." 

**flashforward to noon**

"Hello Kimberley" my mother and father say in almost unision. "Cut to the chase what is this all about, I mean first I get the random invite then you guys are acting weird." I said. "Kimberley, as you know, your father and I loved each other very much but then it didn't work out." my father started. "Your point is...?" "well...we know you struggled with that and we were thinking maybe to try our relationship again but with a change of scenory. We just want your imput on it, you don't have to give us an answer right away, but do think about it." I agreed to think about it and quickly left the pizza place and walked to the mall.
