|Madelyn|
My eyes flutter open to the horrible sound of my alarm going off at full volume. I groan as my eyes are burning to the contact of the sun coming through the windows blinding me. Why can I have blackout curtains?
Knock Knock
"Come in,"
"Now that is no way to let someone into your room, Madelyn," my mother tells me.
I sigh before sitting up.
"Good morning ma'am,"
"Better, now after school today when you are tutoring Cole Manor you must make moves and flirt with him, he's perfect husband mineral hun," she explains looking around my room with mere disgust on her features before leaving the room.
Great.
"Yes, ma'am," I mock as soon as she leaves my room.
Swinging my legs to the side of my bed, supporting my body up with both of my palms, sighing before standing up and walking into the bathroom so I can take a shower.
After my hot shower, I put on a sunflower dress and match it with my light yellow converses and my hair is in a simple braid keeping it out of my face. My hand caresses the railing on the spiral staircase as I flow down with the biggest smile on my face before meeting Rose in the kitchen grabbing an apple from the centerpiece in the middle of the island, for the drive to school.
"Good morning Rose," I mumble chewing on my delicious apple.
"Morning Lyn,"
Crap. Is that the time?
"I do apologize Rose but I have to go, I'm late," I explain before running out the doors.
"BYE LYN HAVE A GOOD DAY," is all I hear as I run.
I drive as fast as the speed limit would let me, and finally, I park in the student parking lock. I lock my car before I race inside to my first class. But then somehow I don't know, I hit something very hard which as a result made me fall right on my butt.
Ow.
"I'm sorry," I hear before looking up only to meet his beautiful ocean-blue eyes the ones I foolishly fell for.
"My goodness, why do we keep meeting like this," I state shaking my hands together and letting the dirt from my hands fly away.
He puts his hand out for me to grab which I gladly do.
He laughs "I don't know Madelyn maybe someone should be looking where one is going,"
"Right, I am truly sorry," I say sighing as I walk around him to get to class.
But he stops me in my tracks.
"Wait," he says grabbing my wrist.
The fire from his touch lit some kind of flame on my skin making goosebumps spread all over my body. Wow. I look into his eyes just knowing the fact that he didn't even know who I was exactly or the effect he had on my skin right now.
"Yes," I ask looking away from his eyes with a shaking breath. "Are we still up for tutoring after school," he asks me taking his hand off me to nervously scratch the back of his neck.
"Yes, we are," I answer him looking up and smiling at him.
"Cool so I have football practice right after school so just wait on the bleachers for me and we can do it after if that's alright," he explains and asks me at the same.
