Manager Kang: President Choi, Miss Joohyun is here.

Siwon: Let her in.

{Joohyun enters the office, her eyes draw to the floor.}

Joohyun: You called me, dad?

Siwon: My dear, come take a seat. We need to talk. {Siwon smiles bitterly, gesturing Joohyun to the couch}

{Joohyun slightly nods and they both sit down. Manager Kang leaves the room.}

Joohyun: What is it, dad?

Siwon: Joohyun, you know about it, right? Your condition...

Joohyun: I do, dad. {Joohyun's lips tighten}

Siwon: Damn it...why is it happening to you? {Siwon clenches his fists} Of all people, why does it have to be you? {Siwon looks at Joohyun who's sitting across, gaze filled with blue}
