while the clouds are becoming puffs of radiant joy ready to disperse into the wind and uncover the night curtain, namjoon's day has just only begun.

tonight is the night, TONIGHT, when he finally gets to meet his lifetime idol - top actress bae irene. no kim taehyung, no other members from bts and red velvet, just they themselves spending their time together, solely, individually. sure he sees joohyun mostly everyday, yet never had a chance to convey his admiration towards the woman. so for god damn sake, thanks kim taehyung for coming up with the bet and jeon jungkook for suggesting the idea of a punishment.

as twilight is falling, namjoon's car slowly arrives at joohyun's shooting location. when the heat of the day has finally ebbed to an evening chill, it is when they will go out for a tranquil dinner. as soon as the last drop of sunlight shines through the leaves, flickering like candlelight, cameras are ready to close as if they have been awaiting for the starlight and the silvery moon.

"good evening, noona." the tall man approaches joohyun from the parking lot, handing the woman a drink that he bought for her earlier.

"thanks, joonie." she takes a sip, absolutely moved. "how do you know i like iced tea?"

"30% sugar, black tea sachet, cold brewed. i'm your biggest fan anyway." namjoon shrugs his head as he feels like he could answer all the questions on final exam easily.

"it's cold brewed? geez joonie you don't need to do this, but thanks so much!"

"you're welcome, irene-noona." as a real gentleman he is, namjoon offers the girl a hand. "shall we go?"

"of course." to which joohyun follows his gesture. maybe namjoon could luckily be one of those men whom she gains comfort being around.

they reach their destination which lies blocks away. to both, there is no thing called 'social status' when it comes to appetite, it is the vibe and the food that matter. hence they end up visiting namjoon's favorite dining, a traditional korean restaurant that is not too fancy but rich in flavor. people from youngsters to oldies love to gather around here, sharing meals, sharing life stories. the place is always busy and the noise level is usually high, but it doesn't bother either of them, as it renders a feeling of home.

namjoon has informed joohyun about the place beforehand, so they wouldn't dress up too nicely. he is in his casual black tee and grey ankle pants, while she wears her floral sleeveless dress. the man walks her in through the wooden lobby, greeting the owner friendly like a regular customer then leading them to a window-side table he has reserved.

"may i, ma'am." namjoon pulls the chair over, offering joohyun a seat.

"thank you." the woman smiles sweetly as she settles down. "how did you find out about this place?"

"yoongi-hyung introduced me, we came here quite often." said the man as he takes his seat. "i trust his korean-food taste. that man would age three times faster if he couldn't consume kimchi fried rice once a day."

"oh my, that's hilarious. i guess seungwan needs more practice in cooking then." joohyun chuckles, checking out the menu.

"since he has stopped asking me out recently, i believe seungwan does a great job." namjoon shrugs. "i'd recommend seafood sundubu-jjigae (soft tofu stew), it's a signature dish here. samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) is also really good."

"let's go with those, i love both." joohyun's eyes get brightened up. "can we get pajeon (vegetable pancake) as well?"

"anything for you, noona." the man reveals his attractive dimples as he smoothly orders what she wants.
