convo: taehyung & seulgi (1)

taehyung and seulgi sit down for a nice brunch after arriving at a western restaurant. after several times eating out together, taehyung realizes it'd be better to do a buffet when the partner is seulgi, because hell, the amount of food she needs is like she's eating on behalf of an army.

"okay, let me just go straight ahead to the problem." says taehyung, his fingers crossed on the table.

"okaym." seulgi nods.

"it seems like there's something strange with joohyun recently, no, i'm 100% sure there is." the man is determined.

"agreedm." seulgi nods again, her eyes stay fixed at the opposite guy.

"i have something in mind that might be the reason why she's acting like that, but i can't say for certain..." taehyung massages his temple.

"it's okaym, we canm figure itm outm." the blogger looks at him softly as she attempts to comfort him.

"can you stop the fucking eating for awhile and talk to me properly???"

"okay okay!" the monolid woman gulps and takes a sip of water, all ready for the other's speech. "first of all, tell me what's that thing in your mind about joohyun unnie."

"it's not like i don't have faith in my friends, but...i think seokjin-hyung and joohyun are having some sort of thing." taehyung speaks bitterly, his eyebrows knitted.

"are they dealing drugs???" the fact that seulgi gets even more shocked causes a face-palm from taehyung.

"your naivety is just incredible." the model flicks his friend's forehead. he sure has an idea how innocent seulgi is, but it still amazes him everytime she says something out of earth. "what i meant was, i think seokjin-hyung and joohyun are slowly falling for each other."

"as in...falling in love?" seulgi tilts her head to the side, striving to analyze his statement.

"yes. what else? falling off the cliff?"

it takes a moment for seulgi to be able to grasp what taehyung is referring to, well blame him for not saying thing directly. she looks up at the ceiling, thinking intensively:

one, according to taehyung, seokjin and joohyun are in love. like, the same type of love that she gives to the other members?

but, that's nothing new, doesn't everyone also feel that way towards each other? so this probably isn't the case taehyung is assuming.

then, the only possibility left is that this type of love is similar to the one she has for jimin. nah, her love for jimin is waaaay stronger kekeke but hey that's not the matter here.

so, if that's the problem, then seokjin and joohyun are in love, but joohyun is in love with taehyung too. then, what is it called, 'cheating'? joohyun is cheating on taehyung??

"WHAT????!!!!!! NO WAY, ABSOLUTELY NO WAY!!!!!" then she fails to hold back the impulse to scream upon realization, which taehyung eventually has to cover her mouth that is causing too much attention.

"quiet down won't ya?? i'm not sure either, i'm just trying to connect the dots." the model leans back on his seat, heaving a deep sigh.

"what dots are you talking about?" seulgi asks, still clueless as ever.

"you know, the evidence. the way they acted in the movie, just like jimin said the other night, 'it looks like seokjin-hyung actually has a crush on joohyun-noona'."

"that's only 'in the movie' you're talking about, they aren't like that in real life, no?" the artist makes an effort to calm her anxious friend down.
