Description:
Choi Joohyun (Irene) is the next heir of Ramora Company owned by her father, Choi Siwon. Throughout her life, Joohyun only has two closest friends which are the Lee's brothers, Lee Taehyung (Kim Taehyung) and Lee Seokjin (Kim Seokjin). Unfortunately, Joohyun has been diagnosed with cancer for a long time and if the worst case happens, Seokjin will be taking the inheritance on behalf of Joohyun. However, the Grim Reaper has mistaken between Joohyun's and Taehyung's name, which cause a change to their destiny forever.
Due to the unwanted fate, Taehyung has decided to confess his secret feelings for Joohyun before it is too late. Yet, right on the day when Taehyung is about to propose, he is caught in a car accident and passes away. And a day after that, due to a sort of miracle, Joohyun is cured from cancer and becomes surprisingly healthy. Joohyun's father makes an engagement between his daughter and Seokjin, but Joohyun still doesn't accept the cruel truth. So painful losing the love of her life, Joohyun griefs every day and night, demanding God to give her her Taehyung back.
And somehow God was able to hear her wish. On a sunny summer day, Joohyun wakes up with Taehyung lying next to her.
