Chapter 15
*****ARIELLA'S POV*****
"Oh my god! Hi!" I couldn't let go of him.
"Hi Ariella." Dan said softly.
I pulled back out of the hug in complete shock. Dan Howell was here in my freakin living room.
"Phil! Hi!" I walked over to him to hug him as well.
"Surprise!" Artie smiled.
"Why are you guys here in California??? I thought there aren't any conventions at the moment."
"There aren't." Phil chuckled.
"We just wanted to come visit you guys." Dan was blushing just a tad, why is he so attractive?!?
"Well that is so nice of you two," I looked around at the messy house then down at my messy self, "Oh jeez, um how about you guys start eating the pizza and I'm going to go get cleaned up pretty quickly."
"Alright," they said.
Just I was about to go up the stairs, Artie yelled from the other room, "How did the mural turn out?"
I smiled as I stopped, "It turned out really well!"

I came down the stairs in a pair of leggings and a tan knitted sweater.
"Sorry about that," I said as I plopped down on the couch next to Dan. Artie and Phil were playing some video game together.
"Oh hey," Dan smiled and shifted his body toward me, "So- uh how's your hand?"
"Oh, it's better," I unwrapped some of the gauze to show him, "The stitches will eventually fall out."
He grabbed my hand gently, "Wow, I'm so sorry that happened, if I was there I would have-"
"I know." I placed my other hand on top of his.
"Yes! I won!" Artie took off her headset an threw it down onto the bean bag. Dan and I recoiled our hands.
"What? I let you win," Phil joked around, "Rematch?"
"Bring it on" She smiled. They settled back down and continued playing their game.
"Well anyway," I chuckled after the awkward silence, "I still can't believe that you guys are here."
"I just wanted to make sure that you were doing alright, I was worried about you," his face was very serious.
"Thanks Dan," I said sincerely, "I really appreciate it."
"He hasn't come back since then, right?"
"No, no he hasn't" I looked down at my injured hand. I kept telling myself not to start crying.
"Don't worry Ariella, I will be here for you if he ever comes back." He placed his hand on my leg.
"I know you will." I gave him a gentle smile. He flashed a grin back at me.
Phil interrupted our moment with one of his signature squeals.
"I didn't even see you! Where did you come from?!?" Phil yelled really loud due to the headset.
Dan and I laughed quietly at their competitive game.
"Oh! Dan, I found this picture on tumblr that totally reminded me of that dude we saw in the underground. Let me get my phone," I went over to my purse sitting next to the staircase. I searched every pocket, but I couldn't find it.
I muttered under my breath, "Son of a-"
"Is everything alright?" Dan appeared by my side.
"I think I left my phone in the supply cart by my mural." I pushed back my hair in frustration, "Uh give me about twenty minutes and I will be right back."
