Chapter 13

Third POV

It had been only a day since Code Realize and Issac had been defeated, and a day since (Y/N) had been placed into a deep sleep. She hadn't made any progress, and stayed in her coma-like state. Cardia and Delly mainly stayed by her bedside as Sissy made himself comfortable on her bed as well, a mood change noticeable in the canine as well.

The men, on the other hand, were helping out with the repairs in the city, but they always made time to spend some one on one time with (Y/N). Holding her hand, talking to her, waiting for her to awaken. At this point in time, it was clear that all of them had developed some sort of romantic feelings for (Y/N), falling for her loving nature, her way of showing them the good in the things that they had done in the past, and just everything about her.

Lupin

On the second evening, the Gentleman Thief had decided to look over her for the night. It would also allow Cardia to get some sleep as well, and with the promise that he'd tell her if her elder sister had awaken.

With the two of them in her room alone, Lupin gently took (Y/N)'s hand, and held it while keeping his golden eyes on her sleeping figure. Thankfully, her hair was now back to its normal shade, but nobody knew when she was going to wake up from her coma.

"(Y/N), I hope you can hear me. I want you to know, that I miss you. I want you to come back to us, where you belong. I still intend to keep my promise to you, forever. And that my feelings will never change or waver. Whatever path you decide to walk, I just want you to be happy, that I'll walk it with you. And that I will always love you," he finished his little monologue while keeping a soft smile on his face.

The Gentleman Thief then brought her hand to his lips, and placed a soft kiss on it. But instead of letting her hand go, Lupin kept her (s/c) hand close to him. He wanted her to hear everything that he had said. Because he had meant every word.

Fran

The next night, it was Fran's turn. He smiled as he entered her room, even though she wasn't awake. He examined her injuries, seeing that they were healing up quite nicely. When he was all done, the alchemist had taken his spot by her bedside, gazing at her peaceful expression.

Fran had fallen hard for this woman, even though he didn't think he deserved to have someone like her in his life, but (Y/N) had showed him otherwise.

"I hope you wake up soon. It's kind of lonely around here without you bringing me lunch to eat whenever I forget to do so. *Sigh* what am I saying?" Fran asked himself before placing his hand on his forehead.

He couldn't deny his feelings any longer. Before continuing on, Fran placed his hand onto (Y/N)'s cheek, slightly turning her head towards him. He had to smile, she looked so beautiful to him.

"I love you, (Y/N) Beckford. I always have, but for the longest time, I didn't think I was worthy of someone loving me. But, you showed me the light of my mistakes, and if I hadn't created what I had, I would've never met you," he began as he rubbed his thumb on her cheek gently.

As if she were to respond to him, even if it was for a split second, Fran could've sworn he saw her lips turn upwards slightly. The alchemist kept his hand on her cheek as he leaned in and placed a gentle kiss on her forehead.

"Wake up soon, okay?"

Impey

At long last, Impey could finally have some alone time with the woman that he loved. He was more than excited. It had been obvious from the beginning that the red head had feelings for the elder Beckford daughter. Her beautiful appearance was one thing, but it was (Y/N)'s curiosity that made Impey realize that she was the one for him.
