Deep Waters

15:Fifteen

It's Monday and Pierce is back to work. Meryl have no project at the moment so she will stay home and rest up. She woke up early than the three and she immediately headed to the kitchen to cook their breakfast.

"Good morning."A voice greeted her after a few moments and she felt someone kiss her cheek.

"Hey, good morning."She greeted and it is Pierce.

"Good mowning, mama."Another voice greeted.

"Morning, mommy."And another voice greeted that made her smile.

"Good morning, my babies."She greeted back.

"Am I going to take them to school?"Meryl asked Pierce almost a whisper.

"No. I'll talk to my mom and your mom. You'll stay home, you'll rest."Pierce answered.

"Are you sure?I mean, I can take care of the kids."Meryl said and Pierce nodded.

"I want you to rest okay?And they'll be here before lunch so just relax. It's just a couple of hours."Pierce said and he gave a peck on her lips.

Their little family had breakfast, and Meryl is the one who assisted the toddlers in taking a bath and preparing for school while Pierce explain everything to the grandmas. The kids got out of the house first and Pierce looked at Meryl.

"You okay here, babe?"Pierce asked as he look at her.

"Yes. I'll just see what I can do here."Meryl answered and Pierce placed a hand on her cheek.

"You're beautiful."He whispered and she smiled.

"You're beautiful."Meryl replied and he planted a soft kiss on her lips.

"Take care, okay?"Meryl said and he nodded with hum.

"You, too. Just call me in the theater if you need anything."Pierce said and she nodded with a smile.

Once Pierce is out of the place, Meryl roamed around the small apartment that they are now going to call home. She smiled at that thought and she is realizing that she never had the relationship she is having now with Pierce before. Not even with Michael. She decided to clean their place and do a little redecorating. Since it is a small apartment, she finished just before the kids arrived and she is proud of what she's done.

"Mommy/Mama!"The two squealed as they run in their place and Meryl immediately hugged them.

"Hey, you guys, how's school?"Meryl asked, kissing their foreheads.

"We leawn the pawts of flowew, mama."Selene answered and Meryl gasped.

"And mommy, our teacher make us draw a flower and color it."Apollo added.

"Wow, that's amazing."Meryl said and she started changing the two toddler's clothes.

"Okay, you guys go in the living room and mommy will just cook lunch and do the laundry."Meryl said and the two just nodded before running to the living room.

Meryl started cooking their lunch and at the same time, doing the laundry while the two toddlers just run around their living room. After everything that she did, of course she once again assisted the two and convinced them to nap afterwards for she needs to clean the kitchen.

"Hey."A voice suddenly greeted whilst she is cleaning and that made her spun around.

"Pierce?What are you doing here this early?"Meryl asked as she walk towards him and giving him a peck on his lips.

"Nothing much to do in the theater yet so I decided to go home."Pierce said and she nodded.

"Where are the kids?"Pierce asked as he started helping her clean.
