Deep Waters

10:Ten

It's days after Meryl and Pierce's first date and their relationship with each other changed. Although they don't have that official boyfriend-girlfriend label yet, they mostly act like they are.

"Hey."Pierce called for her after he knocked on her dressing room door.

"Oh hey."Meryl uttered and he went near her.

"Tomorrow's our trip, right?"Pierce asked and Meryl nodded.

"So what time are we going to your place tomorrow?"Pierce asked.

"How about just spend the night at my place?I mean, it's a one-show day today so we can be home early, and besides, once I get home, mom will go to their apartment because they'll still buy some things for tomorrow."Meryl suggested and Pierce smiled.

"See you there before dinner?"Pierce asked and Meryl nodded.

"Before dinner. Apollo and I will cook."Meryl answered with a wink and he softly giggled.

"Okay, see you later."Pierce said, giving a peck on her lips that made her smile.

"See you."Meryl whispered and Pierce left the room.

After the show, Pierce walked Meryl to the subway station before heading home. He immediately packed their bags for their trip and took a shower after.

"Selene, come here, daddy will change your clothes."Pierce said and Selene who is playing quickly ran to him.

"We will sleep at mama's apawtment again, daddy?"Selene asked and Pierce nodded as he start changing her clothes.

"Yes, because we are going to New Jersey tomorrow, remember?"Pierce asked and Selene nodded with a giggle.

Pierce checked everything they need for the trip and for the night and they immediately headed to Meryl's place.

"Selene!"Apollo yelled the moment Selene and Pierce arrived.

"Hi!"Selene greeted and the two of them ran to the living room right away.

"Apollo, where's your mom?"Pierce asked as he place their bag on the sofa.

"In the kitchen, uncle Pierce."Apollo answered with a smile and Pierce nodded before heading to where Meryl is.

"Hey, you need help?"Pierce asked and Meryl looked at him.

"Hi, uhmm yes. Apollo left me when you and Selene arrived so, yeah."Meryl answered and it made Pierce chortle.

"Just mash the potatoes."Meryl instructed and Pierce nodded.

"By the way, we'll all sleep in the bedroom so I'll just lay the extra mattress on the floor."Meryl said as the two of them prepare their dinner.

"It's fine. Selene and I can sleep on that."Pierce said and Meryl shook her head.

"I was thinking for the kids to sleep on the bed and the two of us on the floor."Meryl said and Pierce looked at her.

"Are you sure?"Pierce asked and Meryl laughed before planting a kiss on his lips.

"I am sure."Meryl answered and Pierce nodded with a smile.

Pierce called Selene and Apollo once their dinner is served and of course the two toddlers can't just keep mum. Their whole dinner is just them going in Selene and Apollo's world but Meryl and Pierce can't really complain. They prepared for bed after Meryl cleaned the kitchen and as planned, Selene and Apollo will sleep on the bed.

"Daddy is just down here, okay?"Pierce said as he kiss Selene's forehead.

"And just hold Fifi close to you."Pierce added and Selene nodded.
