27:Twenty-Seven

"What do you want it to be?Like how are you going to ask?"Harry asked Pierce as they continue to talk about Pierce's proposal.

"I really wanna do it in the theater because that is really where it all began."Pierce answered.

"How about like a flash mob you know. She will think that you will just take her to see rehearsals but then it isn't. We'll be in the audience."Dana suggested and Pierce widely smiled.

"I will still talk to the cast but I'm sure they will agree to it."Pierce said with a smile.

"Do you have a ring already?"Harry asked and Pierce nodded.

"Yes. While Meryl is gone, I was looking for the perfect ring."Pierce answered.

"I'm excited for this. She's been saying that she wanted to get married but you are not engaged."Dana said that made Pierce giggle.

"Oh yeah, the dropping of hints will soon be over."Pierce said and the three of them laughed.

Pierce headed home after further discussions and planning with Harry and Dana and the two volunteered on orienting their parents on what's going to happen. Pierce found Meryl in their living room watching television and on her lap are Apollo and Selene who are in their deep slumber.

"Hey."Pierce greeted as he kiss her forehead.

"Hey, baby."Meryl greeted back with a smile.

"It's a surprise that our babies are having their afternoon nap."Pierce said as he head to their room to change his clothes and Meryl softly giggled.

"Because I promised that we are eating out for dinner."Meryl said and Pierce laughed.

"Then let's take them out for dinner. It's been weeks since we really had a family night out."Pierce said before going back to the living room.

"Can you bring them to their room, though?I can't feel my legs."Meryl whispered and Pierce chortled.

"Okay, love."Pierce said before carefully carrying Apollo.

Once the kids are already in their room, Pierce lied on the sofa, resting his head on the arm rest and Meryl went on top of him.

"You smell so good."Meryl said and Pierce kissed her forehead as he gently rub her back.

"You smell better. How are you and our baby?Feeling something odd?"Pierce asked and she hummed.

"No, we're good."Meryl answered and he smiled.

"I have a surprise for you for tonight by the way."Meryl said all of a sudden as she look up at him.

"And what is that?"Pierce asked.

"It wouldn't be a surprise if I tell you."Meryl answered and he squeezed her rear that made the two of them laugh.

"I want to give it to you now but the kids might wake up."Meryl said and Pierce hummed.

"What kind of present is that?"Pierce asked and Meryl chuckled.

"Just something I wanna do before I grow im front of you."Meryl answered.

"Is it safe for our baby?"Pierce asked.

"Of course, it is. I planned everything."Meryl answered and Pierce raised a brow.

"I'm nervous of what that might be."Pierce said and Meryl gave a peck on his lips.

"Relax, I'm sure you'll love it."Meryl said and Pierce hummed.

"Is it better than what we did last night?"Pierce whispered and Meryl laughed.

"Better."Meryl answered and Pierce started giving pecks on her lips.
