31:Thirty-One

After Meryl and Pierce's wedding, they had a chance to at least have even a two-day honeymoon and after their honeymoon, all they focused on is Meryl's pregnancy.

"Mommy, look what I drew!"A voice suddenly came in yelling in their room and it is Selene.

"Let me see, what's that?"Meryl asked.

"It is me, Apollo, daddy, you, and our brother or sister."Selene answered as she show her drawing to her mother.

"Oh, wow, that's beautiful, baby."Meryl said and Selene kissed her cheek.

"Mommy, daddy said that we will found out if the baby is a girl or a boy tomorrow."Selene said and Meryl nodded with a hum.

"That's why daddy is out with Apollo and your uncles because they are buying some stuff for tomorrow."Meryl said and Selene leaned on her chest all of a sudden.

"You will still love us mommy, okay?"Selene said all of a sudden and Meryl kissed her forehead.

"Of course, my love. I will love you, Apollo, and your sister or brother the same even if your sister or brother is already here because all of you are my babies."Meryl said and Selene smiled.

"Because mommy, I don't want to lose another mommy and I don't want other mommies."Selene said and Meryl's forehead creased.

"Why are you saying that, princess?Of course, you will not lose me and I will not let others be your mommy because your mommy is only me and your mommy in heaven."Meryl said and Selene looked up at her.

"Promise?"Selene said and Meryl looked at her.

"Promise, princess. Want us to go out on a date while daddy and Apollo are not yet here?"Meryl asked and Selene eagerly nodded.

"Okay then, find something to wear and then go back here."Meryl said and Selene jumped out of their bed right away before running to her and Apollo's room.

Once Meryl and Selene are all dressed up, they headed out of their apartment and Selene chose a place where Meryl and her can play together and a place where Meryl and her can do something fun.

"Go baby, shoot the ball."Meryl said and Selene tried her best to shoot the little ball.

"Oh, you missed it but it's okay, we can get the big teddy bear when we're with daddy because daddy's better."Meryl uttered and the two of them laughed.

"Mommy can we ride the uhmm horses?"Selene asked.

"Okay, hold mommy's hand."Meryl said and Selene held onto her hand right away.

"Do you wanna go shopping after we ride the horses?"Meryl asked and Selene nodded.

"Can we buy daddy and Apollo a surprise mommy?"Selene asked.

"What surprise?"Meryl asked.

"Maybe clothes mommy or toys."Selene answered and Meryl softly giggled.

"Okay, let's ride the horses first."Meryl said and Selene widely smiled.

The mother-daughter duo headed to the mall as planned after they rode the carousel and they roamed almost the whole department store just to see what they can buy for Pierce and Apollo.

"I think I will get daddy these shorts. Do you think these will look good on daddy, Selene?"Meryl and Selene looked at her mother.

"Yes, mommy, but I like the white one."Selene answered.

"We'll get the white one and this navy blue one."Meryl said and Selene softly giggled.

"Mommy, can we get the hat for Apollo?I think he will like that."Selene said all of a sudden.
