Chapter 11

Hiya lovelies pictured above is Little Venice which is in Mykonos. This is where the royals and the suitors will be spending their day.

All I could say was 'wow'. The entire place looked picturesque, cotton skies filled the sky and vibrant colours came to eye. Little Venice was in fact a replica of Venice, all the tiny shops, clubs and houses were built near the water. The massive beach in the middle was flocked with tourists and locals on this hot, sweltering day as they cooled off in the refreshing, blue, crystal clear sea. From the distance massive cruise ships sailed lazily on the calm waves, overlooking the beautiful sight of this place. I was left in awe. My parents really put thought on to this little trip and they knew I would fall in love with place.

Alex swung his arms on my shoulder as we walked over towards Natti's group, the suitors were trailing behind us slowly and of course Mateo led the way. Natalia and Nikolai looked hilarious with their disguises!

Natti had a brown haired wig and reading glasses, she also had a fake mole above her lip which made her look foreign, but still sophisticated. Nik on the other hand was a disaster, he wore a stick on moustache and a curly haired platinum coloured wig and for once we all looked like strangers. Upon noticing Mateo, Nik and Natalia both shared a look of confusion.

Natti was just about to speak when a scream cut her off. Alex whipped out his phone and started taking pictures of them.

"Oh my god! This has made my day, I can't wait to show your parents how funny you guys looked. Especially you Nik, you look divine." He said and started laughing hysterically. Natti gave him a sour look and covered her face with her hands to save her from getting her picture taken in Alex's phone. Alex was never going to let this go. Nik just laughed along and posed for the pictures.

"Alright that's enough amusement for one day," Natalia ordered, leaving Alex pouting. "Now what is Mateo doing here? I could've sworn father fired him ages ago."

"I am here on orders of your father, so you two," he said referring to Nik and Natti, "better get used to having me, at least for today. Oh and I forgot to mention, if anyone needs to leave the palace to go somewhere they will be accompanied by me from now on. Including you princess Natalia."

In response Natti muttered a string of curses under her breath and gave him her dirtiest look as if to express her pure hatred towards him. Once all that had been said we no longer hesitated to go and explore Little Venice. Mateo showed us a meeting spot where we were expected to come back at exactly 9:00pm. It  was only two in the afternoon right now so we has hours to go.

We all split up into smaller groups. Most of the suitors went to explore with their friends. The suitors that wanted to be with us were: Ahmed, Liam, Elijah and Ross. Ross was a new addition to the group and I just got to know him during our way here in the yacht, he was adorable. He was British  and he had the best accent, he was also really sweet and offered to carry my purse and shopping bags (if I brought anything).  But I kindly declined saying I can carry them myself and plus now, I have Mateo to help carry them.

It was decided that Natti, Elijah, Liam, Ross and myself would be in one group. Nik wanted Angel and Ahmed to go to the nearest café with him to eat already so they decided to split off, Mateo was hungry himself so he went with Nik. This little rendezvous was about to get heated pretty quick since I had most of my favourite suitors so far with me. We decided to check out some shops and buy matching bracelets as a reminder of all our friendships, we brought extra ones for Nik's group too.

Elijah grabbed a sunhat and put it on my head. "This looks beautiful on you."

"Why thank you sire," I said trying to imitate a British accent but failing miserably, a hint of rosiness was beginning to appear on my warm cheeks. Elijah just winked and laughed, man he had a good laugh. Just then Natalia came towards us and smiled she was standing next to Liam and they both held something different in their hands.
