*the next day*

"Goodmorning Archiekins!"

"Morning Riley." Riley leaned over to kiss Archie on the nose, but he scooted away and got up out of their bed.

"Archie, please, I said I was sorry and I regret ever-" Archie huffed.

"Riley, just stop bringing it up. Did you really expect me to immediately forgive you after you slept with my best friend's dad?"

"No, just-"

"Just nothing! I need to take some time to process what happened. You need to leave. I don't need you living in my house right now when we need to be keeping some space from each other." Riley looked up at him. They both knew she had nowhere else to go, but, still, she nodded her head.

"Ok. Goodbye Arch."

"Bye Riley."

◇after Riley packed all her stuff and began hunting for a temporary home◇

Where on Earth could I stay? Riley wondered. I can't stay with Cheryl because it wouldn't end well, I can't stay with Betty since she acts like I'm the devil incarnate. I would stay with Jughead and FP at the trailer, but me living with FP would make things worse. I could ask Pop if I could sleep at the Choklit shoppe, but then I would be an unneeded burden. I guess I could see if anybody at the Wyrm would mind me staying there.

Riley walked all the way from the Andrews' house to the snake pit. She opened the door and was hit with the strong scent of booze and cigarettes. A tall man with long hair walked up to her.

"Now what is a little Northside girl like you doing on this side of town?"

"I was just wondering if I could stay here for a few nights. I got kicked out of my house and I just need a place to sleep until I find a new place."

"And why did you get kicked out?" The man took a menacing step towards her, but she stood strong.

"None of your business."

He took another step forward.

"Well you gotta at least tell us who kicked you out." Riley rolled her eyes.

"Whatever. It was Archie, happy?"

"Archie? Andrews? What could you do to make him kick you to the curb?"

"Not important, anyways-"

"Not important? So baby bird did something real bad, aye?"

"Come on, just tell us, we won't care!" A girl with brown and pink hair walked up from behind the bar. She looked about the same age as Riley.

"Can't be worse than what we've done," a boy who also looked about her age walked up. Riley huffed.

"Fine. I cheated on my boyfriend with his bestfriend's dad." The long haired man's eyes widened.

"Whoa, you did that? Well, you surprised me baby bird." The tall man slung his arm around Riley's shoulder.

"Dang, that's harsh. Oh, sorry for not saying it before, I'm Toni," the brown and pink haired girl introduced herself.
