*TRIGGER WARNING*
see description for detailsIn September 2019, I started to make actual changes.
The first one I made was joining the school gym.
I was allowed in for 1 hour from 3:25-4:25 on Mondays.
I would rather have more, but that wasn't possible as other girls needed to go on the rota too.
Each time I would go on the cross trainer for 20 minutes, which would burn about 90 calories.
Then I would go on the treadmill for 15 minutes which would burn about 140 calories.
Then I would go on a cycling machine for 15 minutes that would burn 110 calories.
Then I would stretch for the last 10 minutes that would burn about 30 calories, which isn't much but I still liked to count it.
Overall, I burned about 370 calories each time.
That was on top of my BMR, walking 20 minutes to and from the bus stop, walking around school all day and often a workout in the evening too.
It was quite a lot.
I then also started to track my swimming more.
I didn't just go and swim for a whole hour, I went training with some of my friends.
That meant that I would sprint a couple of lengths and then wait a few minutes and it kind of repeated like that.
It would usually add up to about 180-200 calories.
At this point, I was probably eating about 1,800 calories a day.
