Max slammed the door opened, looking exhausted as her hair was all messed up and her clothes were scratched and filthy.
It's probably due to the fact that she was facing a few villains on her way home.
"Did you get home safe?" Her mother said, not paying attention to her daughter as she was preparing dinner. Max had a disbelief look and replied to her with the most unenthusiastic monotoned voice you could imagine.
"No, I died a few times."
That's when her mother looked at her daughter, who's a mess as she screamed.
