Aimi walked up to the group of girls, causing them to look up at her nervously.

“Leave her alone, Mizuchi. I can see why your boyfriend would lose interest in you. You’re pretty on the outside, but ugly and heartless on the inside,” Aimi spat, causing the Harlequin rabbit to gasp a little in shock.

“Well at least I have a boyfriend, unlike you, freak,” Mizuchi spat angrily, leaving with her small posse. Aimi looked down at Haru, before kneeling down and helping her up.

“You okay?” Aimi asked.

“Yeah, thanks, Aimi,” Haru said, dusting her dress off.

“Yeah, no problem. I better head to class,” Aimi said, turning to walk away.

“Could we talk after?” Haru asked.

“Sure, I’ll try to meet you before rehearsal,” Aimi said, before walking back over to Legosi.

“Hey, you okay?” Legosi asked.

“Yeah, I’m gonna head to class,” Aimi said.

“I can walk you if you want,” Legosi offered.

“Sure, thanks,” Aimi said, picking her bag and tray up. Legosi stood up, towering over her again.

~Time skip~ (After Class)

Aimi sighed and walked up to the garden, knowing that Haru would be up there. She opened the garden door slowly and poked her head in.

“Hello?” she called.

“I’m back here,” Haru called from the back of the garden. Aimi stepped into the garden and closed the door behind her. She walked into the back of the garden and looked at Haru, who was watering some roses.

“Hey,” Aimi said, standing beside her.

“Hi,” Haru said, looking up at her. Aimi looked down at her before looking away.

“What did you want to talk about?” Aimi asked.

“Just wanted to talk, catch up,” Haru said.

“Oh, okay,” Aimi said, seeming nervous. A familiar scent seemed to linger around the shed.

“So how have you been?” Haru asked, watering the roses.

“I’ve been okay...classes are harder,” Aimi said.

“Oh, I know how that feels...were you able to find a place to stay?” Haru asked.

“Recently, yes,” Aimi said.

“That’s good. I’m glad you’re safe,” Haru said.

“Yeah, thank you for being concerned,” Aimi said.

“I was always worried about you. You’re my friend, Aimi,” Haru said, Aimi tensed up a little.

“Louis has been here hasn’t he?” Aimi asked, causing Haru to get quiet.

“He’s been here a few times,” Haru finally answered.

“Good to know. I have to go, if I’m late I’ll get in trouble,” Aimi said, turning to leave.

“O...kay?” Haru said, sounding confused. She seemed very confused, but didn’t want to bother asking why she was avoiding her. “Can we talk later?”

“I can’t, maybe tomorrow after class?” Aimi asked, leaving the garden.

“Okay...tomorrow then,” Haru said, going back to watering the roses.

~Rehearsal~

“So what made you tardy?” Legoshi asked quietly, while watching Louis and the rest of the actors rehearse for the play.
