6. I can't

Jaeden's POV:
'What the hell? Why was he acting so weird? Maybe he's got a mark in a weird place? Or maybe jacks right and he is my soulmate and maybe he is ashamed and he isn't gay and he just doesn't want to accept the fact that we're soulmates and he just wants to ignore me and brush it off like it's nothing and then everything will be awkward and we won't be friends and he'll go and find a girlfriend replacing his soulmate-'
"Hey Jae, you okay?", I hear jack beside me.
"Oh- yeah I'm fine", I lie.
"You sure?", he says unconvinced. 'Maybe I should ask him about wyatts mark'
"Actually. Do you know where wyatt's mark is? I'm curious. He doesn't wanna show me where he's mark is and-"
"OMG. JAEDEN HE IS YOUR SOULMATE", Jack squeals very loud.
Everyone turns to look at us. "Hehe... sorry", jack says blushing.
I blush too. 'I hate being the center of attention'
"Are you sure?"
"He asked me the same thing... he obviously knows more than you do"
"Then why didn't he tell me?"
"I don't know. Maybe he wants to make it special? Who knows"
"Or maybe he's just ashamed of me...", I whisper.
"What?"
"Nothing"
- time skip to lunch-
I sit next to Wyatt looking at his arms.
Wyatt looks at me weird but I ignore him and keep looking.
He covers his arms and asks if I'm okay.
I look at him with a puzzled look.
And nod so he doesn't notice that I'm sad.
'So he is your soulmate... he's gonna tell you that you suck and he deserves someone better... or maybe he'll say that he doesn't want a guy to be his soulmate... so that's why he invited me bird watching... he wants to tell me and then say like 'we're better off as friends' or 'I'm moving so guess I'll never see you again' or what if-'
"Jaeden!", Jack says hitting my face.
I look up and hit him back.
"What the hell jaeden?", he says.
"You started it man"
Jack laughs and motions me to come with him somewhere else.
I walk behind him curiously.
"What is it?"
"I... I think Finn's my soulmate"
"Obviously", I whisper smirking.
"What?"
"I said, really?"
"Yeah! He invited me on a sleepover today! I'm so excited!"
"Use protection"
"Ew! Jaeden! Why would you say that!"
"Say what?", a voice says behind us.
"That he thinks you're really hot", Jack says laughing. I blush.
"JACK", I say hitting him.
He keeps laughing and runs towards Finn, probably to tell him what happened.
"Do you really think that?", Wyatt smirks.
I look away embarrassed. "Damn it Jack"
He laughs. 'God dammit that was so precious'
"Are you alright though? You're acting... how do I say this... off?"
I smirk. "I'm alright, don't worry Wy"
"Are you still down for bird-watching? It's okay if you don't want to go...", he said with a frown.
"No. No. No, I'm still down", I smiled.
"Okay", he smiled back. "Let's go eat lunch then", he said grabbing my hand and interlocking our fingers.
I looked down at our hands and blushed.
'Wow'
Wyatt looked at me and smiled making me blush more.
'I can't wait for tomorrow'
- time skip after school -
"Jaeden!", I smiled.
"Hey wy"
"Wanna come hung out with Finn and Jack? We're going to that new restaurant, I can take you home if you want"
"Sure! Right now?"
"Yeah come on", he smiled cheekily.
'He's adorable'
He grabs my hand and runs towards his car where Jack and Finn stood flirting- I mean talking.
"Are you from Tennessee? Cause-"
"Worst pick up line ever", Wyatt interrupts Finn.
Jack snorts and I laugh with Wyatt. Finn just frowns and looks down blushing.
"Let's go!", I laugh and get in the front seat next to Wyatt.
- in the restaurant -
After teasing Finn about his cheesy pick up lines for ten minutes we sit in the restaurant and a waiter comes over smirking.
"What can i get you guys?", she smiles at Jack.
I grab Wyatt's hand just in case while he smirks and blushes. I blush too.
Jack smiles back totally oblivious about the situation.
Finn on the other hand makes it pretty obvious that he's jealous.
"Uh we would like some fries please", he says grabbing Jack's thigh while he blushes at the contact.
Me and Wyatt just smirk and give Finn knowing looks.
The waitress looks down at Finns hand and her smile fades. "Oh- okay. A-anything else?"
"No thanks-", Jack was interrupted.
"I would like some water please", Finn smiles knowing he had successfully backed her from flirting with Jack.
"Sure. Be right back", she walks away angrily.
Wyatt and I look at each other and laugh.
"What?", Jack asks confused.
"You-you're s-so obli-vious J-ack!", Wyatt says still laughing.
"What do you mean oblivious? What happened?", he looks confused.
Wyatt and I laugh even more.
"Guys stop it!", Finn says blushing.
"Y-you shou-ld ha-ve see-n your f-face!", I say laughing.
Jack looks at Finn and then at us, back and forth.
"Finn you'll have to explain later", he says looking right at Finn.
Finn sighs. "Fine but later"
"What do you mean later?", Wyatt smirks.
"I mean-"
"Are you spending the night at Finn's Jack?", Wyatt asks innocently making me smirk.
'I know what this is about'
"Yeah, why?"
Wyatt looks at me and we both smirk.
"Oh. Nothing", i say snickering.
Finn blushes again and coughs.
"Finn? Are you alright? Did we say something wrong?", Wyatt snickers.
Finn keeps coughing and coughing.
"Finn! Are you okay? Here drink water", Jack passes him his water that he always kept inside his bag.
Finn tried to drink it but ends up spilling it all over him and coughs even worse.
"Let's go to the bathroom. Be right back guys!", jack says worriedly while grabbing Finn's torso and walking him to the bathroom.
"$10 that they'll confess", Wyatt says after they are gone.
I laugh. "Poor Jack... he's so innocent", we smirk.
I stare at Wyatt's face, so beautiful, so smooth, so perfect. I keep staring clearly not noticing that he's looking straight at me.
"Take a picture, it'll last longer", he smirks.
I look away blushing. "S-sorry", I mumble embarrassed.
'Shit! He saw me. He's gonna think I like him! Wait. Isn't it obvious though? I'm really bad at hiding secrets...'
Wyatt laughs making me blush even more if that's possible. "It's okay Jae..."
I smile nervously and look down still blushing.
"Where's Finn and Jack-"
"HEY GAYS", Jack yells.
"Speaking of the devil", I say smirking.
Wyatt laughs and stares at me.
"Hey Jae wanna-"
"WASSUP", Finn smirks. "Oh. Sorry, did we interrupt something?"
I blush looking down.
"Why. You wanna go back to the toilet and kiss-"
"OKAY WYATT YOU CAN SHUT UP NOW", Finn says nervously.
Wyatt and I exchange smirks.
"What's wrong Finn?", Jack asks confused.
"I- Uh... they-"
"Fries and a water", the waitress interrupts.
Finn sighs probably grateful she came because I'm pretty sure he doesn't have an explanation.
"Thanks", we all smiled nicely.
We ate, talked and obviously Wyatt and I teased Finn about Jack and Jack was oblivious de whole time.
"Jack. Let's go", Finn said annoyed at Wyatt and I.
"Hold on. Jaeden! I need to tell you something"
"Okay?"
Jack grabbed my arm and pulled me away.
"What is it?"
"I... I like Finn"
I snickered. "Really?", I asked sarcastically.
"Yes! Really!"
I rolled my eyes. "Sarcasm Jack. Sarcasm"
"Oh. Sorry", he laughed.
"Finn's calling you"
He blushed and hugs me. "Thanks Jaeden"
"For what?", I ask confused.
"For being my friend"
I smile. "You're so welcome, your mum still owes me $100-"
"You just ruined the moment Jaeden!"
I smirk. "Sorry, it's my only talent", I fake being sad.
I look up and he rolls his eyes. "Bye Jaeden"
"Bye Jack attack!"
He laughs and fans towards Finn.
"Jae?"
"Yes?"
"Wanna spend the night at my place?", Wyatt asks shyly.
I smile blushing a bit. "Sure"
"Great! Let's go then!"
I blush feeling his hand in mine.
After walking for 5 minutes he interlocks our fingers and I blush even more.
I feel electricity in my hand and arm, I've never felt like this with anyone...
'Im not falling in love with Wyatt right? Right?!'
I look at Wyatt. 'He's beautiful... I wish I could kiss him- well shit... I am in love with Wyatt-'
