Kakashi's Disappearing Acts (Kakashi Hatake)

Chapter 9- Release

"NEEEE-CHAAAAN!" 

You turned around as Naruto pulled you into a bone-crushing hug. 

"Hey, Naruto...careful!" You smiled as he pulled away, "It's about time you visited." 

Naruto tilted his head. "Sorry, Nee-Chan. I've been practicing my Jutsus. Oh, I really want to show you! Look-ie here!"

He stepped back, put his hands together, and exclaimed, "Sexy Harem Jutsu!"

A blinding light filled the room and in Naruto's place, you saw a girl, undressed, with clouds floating around her body. You rolled your eyes.

"Naruto, instead of doing silly things like that, why don't you practice real Jutsus. Come on, you think that'll save the world one day? If you really want to be Hokage then train hard so you can pass the Gennin exam!

"Uh-huh, whatever," Naruto huffed, turning back to his real self, "If you were a guy you would have understood the true beauty of that Jutsu."

"Yes, I'm sure I would. Now, the crippled girl needs to rest, okay? I'll be out in a few weeks. It'll be totally okay! Oh, and tell the duckbutt that he needs to bring me the bracelet I lent Ino a few days ago."

"I can just get it myself. But, regardless, no problem, Nee-Chan! I'll see ya!"

The door shut behind him. You looked towards the wilted flowers near you, plugging in your headphones. This was going to be boring. And tiring.

~2 weeks later~

"You are free to go! Just, please, be careful. You still haven't fully healed and make sure to visit us very often. Don't forget to take the medications. We'll tell you when you will be free to start training once more."

The nurse beside read off from her paper. "There seems to be a few misplaced joints, but a very minimal amount. At the rate you are going, you should be fine in less than 2 weeks."

You nodded your head, grabbed the bag with the medication, and set off.

"Miteri!" You saw Sakura wave at you. "Hey! Your back from the hospital!"

"Yeah, I haven't fully healed yet. Just another week or two should fully do it." She smiled at your comment. 

"You have to go tell the Hokage right away! So he doesn't cancel your job, ya know. Imagine if you were in my group!"

Yeah, it would be annoying as hell.

"That's a good idea. I'll go put this stuff home and head over. Thanks." You weren't in the mood to talk if you were being honest. You had to do everything you could in order to heal as fast as possible. The job meant EVERYTHING to you.

 A few minutes passed. You were greeted by a bubbly Naruto, happy at your arrival. He walked you to the Hokage's office, passing Sasuke along the way. After a few death glares from both of them to each other, you managed to make your way into the Hokage's office.

"Lord Third?" You stuck your head through the door frame.

"Oh, Miteri! Come in." He greeted you with a smile. "I see you are doing well!"

"Yes, Lord Hokage. My doctor says at this rate I will be fully healed a few days before the deadline. I just felt like I needed to report it."

"Thank you for the information. We'll have to wait and see. I would love for you to have the job. It will benefit us all." 

You nodded your head. "Thank you! I'll be on my way now." As you stood up to walk out, you saw a familiar figure in front of you.
