They say the fire that
burns the brightest is the
one that dies out with the
softest breath.Fire flickers frantically in a
frenzy fit for fame.It's such a shame; they all burn
out eventually with the burden
love provides.Be careful; she whispers,
don't get too close to the heat
it'll burn you.But i ain't no candle in the wind.
She doesn't know my flesh has
withstood the heat of a thousand
forest fires full of love spells
and many a broken-hearted kiss.
