If i'd have echoed loud
enough would you have
heard me over the vacuum
of your own sweltering ego?I thought not.
It sucks the mundane and
unconquerable into its realm
while you focus on the irrelevant.If I hollered from a megaphone
in the closest of proximity's you
would still remain unperturbed.But I realised that I wasn't fazed;
it took time but I realised that my
self-worth isn't validated by your
acknowledgement.
