"Mark, I don't know about that." I said unsurely as I changed Taehyun's diaper. I pulled his pants back on and sat him up.

"What do you mean? All you have to do is meet my parents. They want to meet you." He said.

"Mommy." Taehyun said as he stood up and walked over to hug me. I hugged him and gave him a kiss on his cheek.

"Do they know that I have a kid?" I asked him since himself and his family were on the very religious side.

Mark was quiet for a bit. "That doesn't matter. They're free today so we're taking the train to their house." He said.

Mark had mentioned that a few years after he debuted in NCT, his parents and older brother moved to Korea. Fans didn't know that until very recently when he said it on a radio show.

"Well I have work and so do you." I said. "I'm not taking a day off either. I'm almost ready to get a house nearby."

"Have you looked at houses, like, gone house hunting?" Mark asked since it had been a while since I had mentioned money or a house, but saving up for a house was always my goal.

"Well, I searched online at house available nearby. I also looked into a plot of land and how much it would be to build from nothing." I said. "It's cheaper to just get a house already built."

"So, you haven't physically gone house hunting." Mark concluded. "Take me with you or else they'll rip you off. If you get a male salesman, you need to be extra careful if you're alone."

I did hear the news going around in Korea that there were spy cameras in hotels where guys recorded girls undressing and doing other things without them knowing. There was also a surge in guys following drunk girls home and raping them. So I wouldn't put it past salesmen to take advantage of women looking for a house by themselves.

"Okay, come with me then." I said as my heart felt relief from not needing to see houses by myself and a salesperson. Anything could happen really.

"Maybe Johnny too because he is good at financial stuff." Mark suggested.

"Okay, we'll go look soon. I think after today's paycheck, I will have a good amount for a nice house in Seoul. I can pay it off in one go hopefully." I said, thankful that I had kept this job for months and had saved a ton of money to be able to pay off the house immediately.

I felt Taehyun lean back from our long hug and place his small hands on my cheek while turning me so I'd face him.

"Tae hungry. Tae belly talking." Taehyun said as he used big boy words more instead of saying 'Tae mum mum'.

I laughed before I picked him up and carried him to the dining room where he could see us in the kitchen.

"We can go to my parents after work. We get off at the same time today. We can catch a train, and it'll be a short ride." Mark said.

"Mark, you will be seen if we go on a train together." I said as I searched through the fridge and cabinet on what to make.

"Fine. I'll ask the company driver to take us. I've been planing to go visit my parents and they know that. They won't tell me no." He said.
