-Tsukishima's POV-

"Tsukki.. What if y/n-" Yamaguchi started, but I cut him off.

"Whatever you're about to say, don't. We'll come back with an idea of why she was even taken," I told him and he put his head down.

The people that Daichi chose were getting into our field equipment. Black shirt, jacket, pants, bullet proof vest. Basically a SWAT uniform.

I pulled on my other shoe and started putting weapons in their place. I thought we were overdoing it though.

We were only going to negotiate. If we make a move, y/n could get hurt. There wasn't a need for two guns and three knives.

I put in my earpiece and looked at Yamaguchi again. "Yamaguchi trust me." I said and walked passed him to the meeting room where Daichi told us to go to.

I looked around and saw mostly everyone in the same gear. Yaku came in with a long brief case. He was our sniper. Not like we needed one.

The Karasuno sniper was Nishinoya, but with the circumstances he was too distracted.

"Yaku will set up on the building south of the parking garage. Then we'll all go together to meet Oikawa," Daichi explained. We had gone over this so many times before, why were we doing this again?

"Y/n... do you think we'll get to talk to her?" Sugawara asked. Everyone's attention turned to him and we all realized how intense the upcoming situation would be.

"Maybe," Kuroo answered. We all looked around the room until Daichi checked his watch and sighed.

"It's time to go," he said shortly and we followed him into the garage where we'd load into a van. We loaded extra guns and equipment along with entering the bus as well.

The ride was another repeat of the plan. I don't understand why it was so hard to understand. We talk. This isn't a rescue mission yet.

We entered the garage and drove to the top. We saw three cars. After parking and getting out the other got out as well.

Oikawa and Iwaizume were visible standing outside the first car. The second car unloaded with Mattsun, Makki, and y/n. The third car was running, but no one stepped out.

We cautiously moved towards Oikawa and Iwaizume, who proceeded forward as well. We stopped in front of each other.

"Oikawa," Daichi started. "What the hell is this about?" Oikawa put his hand on his hip and tilted his head.

"We've been over this Daichi, you stole 50 clients," Iwaizume said from next to Oikawa. Oikawa nodded and spoke up.

"Y/n is going somewhere safe for now. No more contact with her until we get those clients," he said and waved back at y/n. She fidgeted and held up her hands, which were in handcuffs. "Y/n why don't you say something?" Oikawa said to her.

She was still about four car widths away, but she spoke.

"Hi guys... I promise I'm okay. We'll figure this out and then we'll finally have that movie night!" She said with a wavering voice. "Don't forget to save me a seat Tsukki."

I made eye contact with her and she smiled. Her smile use to be so effortless, but it was being controlled and forced.

I nodded. "How about Double Jeopardy?" She asked and I realized she was trying to communicate with me. We had just watched that movie the week she had been taken.

Double Jeopardy. A movie about a woman who was framed. Was Kenma right? And we were being framed?

"Enough," Iwaizume snapped towards her and she was being moved to the third car.

"It'll be okay! I promise!" She was saying frantically while entering the third car. "Kags, tell Hinata I miss his smile!" She said and the car door shut.

Kageyama looked like he wanted to sprint to her, but Oikawa's words interrupted his intentions.

"If you follow that car, y/n will receive the punishment for you actions," Oikawa said and we all froze. "We'll meet in a week same place, same time, but we'll have those 50 clients by then. And you'll have y/n back."

They turned and started walking away. And no one did a thing. The third car drove past us and we heard someone banging on the window. Y/n trying to reach us. The other two cars drove off and we all looked to Daichi once again.

"Load up. We're going back and figuring this out," He said and we obeyed. I knew we couldn't just give up those clients, but for y/n we should be doing everything we could.

When we got into the van I spoke up. "Double Jeopardy. That's what she told me she wanted to watch. It's about a woman that gets framed for a crime she didn't do," I said.

"Tsukishima are you implying she was telling you we were framed?" Sugawara asked and I nodded. Everyone looked at me.

"That could be her theory, or the truth, but Kenma proposed that idea too. Y/n wouldn't tell me that over a hunch. She wouldn't try something so stupid if she wasn't sure," I said and clenched my teeth. Why was this so frustrating?

"Tell Kenma as soon as we get back," Kuroo said and I nodded. I looked at the floor of the van for the rest of the drive and felt something I'd never felt without y/n with me...

Helplessness.
