(I know there has been little to no mentions of aunt may. But I promise I will make her alive and nice soon! Also, she's mentioned as mean in this.) (Btw this isn't a BuckyxPeter ship.)

It was the first week in the avenger's tower for Peter. As an official member that is. After May had thrown him out of their apartment, he had nowhere to go.
When she found out he was the friendly neighbourhood arachnid, she completely lost it, insisting he left in 5 minutes. So the only option was that avengers adopted him. Which they did.
It has been going smoothly as they could be of course after adopting a teenager. Saying things were chaotic, would be an understatement to describe his stay at the tower so far.
Everybody was busy doing their own thing, going on missions and such and completely forgot about his press compress to reveal that he's adopted by the mightiest heroes.
No one seemed to notice the constant frown on his face, all except one person. That person being Bucky.
Bucky had the talent to immediately tell when someone was sad and was always able to comfort them or give them a proper pep talk with good advice.
It only seemed it was reasonable for him to consult Peter. Right?
So, Bucky marched into Peter's room, unannounced, ready to see what was bothering him. It was his job as a guardian uncle and as a person. After all, it wasn't like anyone else was.
Knock knock knock
Peter being Peter was so engrossed in a science book that he hadn't even noticed the now short-haired older man peek through his door and call his name.
"Ter-Peter, Peter!" Bucky began to walk in the young teen's room, taking a seat on his bed.
"Uh-huh, what?"
Peter set down his book, burying his head in his hands.
"Hey bud what's wrong?" That's when Peter cracked. All the pain, sorrow and sadness just broke free.
If on cue, tears started streaming down the young teen's cheeks.
"Hey hey hey, what's wrong." Bucky wrapper his non-metal arm around Peter's small frame, taking a seat next to him.
Bucky could do almost anything, give pep talks, give advice, comfort people. When it came to crying however he became instantly dumbfounded.
It took Peter a few minutes to pipe down before he could fully answer. His sobs were choked and muffled, pain evident in the way he spoke. The once bright brown doe-eyed brunette was now red puffy-eyed with dishevelled hair.
Bucky ran a hand through his now short cut hair, much like the style in the 40s.
"I'm s-sorry Mr. B-barnes." The young spider's voice wavered with every word he spoke. Sounding like a stammer.
Out of habitual nervousness, the older man began to fiddle with a coil bracelet he kept on his wrist. You could say it was for luck.
"No, it's okay, don't apologize, what's wrong?" Peter released a spur of mumbled words as more tears poured down his rosy cheeks.
"Bud, can you please slow down. Bucky paused for a moment seeing The teens conflicted expression
"It's okay take your time."
Peter took a deep breath, contemplating whether to explain what was going. He whispered words to reassure himself it was gonna be okay and started to slowly explain why he abruptly burst into tears.
