It was geting to the part of the movie where it is Christmas, and I was half asleep. I really loved this movie, but I've had a tough week, not alot of sleep. Or this much alone time.

I woke up because of a knock at the door. It scared the life out of me. The wondow was bright and lit up the room. My phone read 11:16.

"Hey Alyssa." It was Dan.

"It's almost lunch, do you want anything to eat?"

"I'm fine, thank you."

"Ok, if you want anything, be our guest." He closed the door again. I nodded and paused the movie. Then yawned. The thing is, when I yawn, I make this sigh and it's really weird. It kind of sounds like I'm in pain. I don't know why I do it. It's really loud. If I think about it before I yawn, I can prevent it, but it's really an unconcious thing.

"What was that?" He came back in.

"Oh, I yawned. I make a weird noise when I yawn." He looked suspicious. I laughed and layed back down. He left again.

I was on my phone for a long time and I started to get hungry.
Was I supposed to ask Dan what I could eat? He did say to help myself. Ok cereal it is.

I walked to the kitchen and neared rustling, the lights were on so I assumed someone was in there. I turned to the kitchen and there was Dan. In a light purple cardigan with a shirt stuffed in it for breasts. I completely stopped and made eye contact.

"I can explain." He finally said.

"No, no need. I understand completely, Becky." I said completely seriously. He was making a video. We were still both wide eyed.

He laughed so hard. He was so cute when he laughed. His smile was amazing.

"Hey, could you help me film, the leg on the tripod won't stay up."

"Yea." I held the camera steadily and pressed record.

He backs away against the countertop and made his "becky" face.

I tried to keep my giggle in. We recorded for almost two hours because he would laugh after everything he said. It's not as easy as it looks.

I asked him if I could shower and I did. Didn't get seen, changed, it was ok for the first time.

Phil was sat on the sofa in the lounge watching "Britain's Next Great Baker". I sat next to him and started watching.

"Goodmorning Aly? Did you just wake up?"

"No, I was with Dan."

"Ooh." He teased.

"Filming a video."

"Ok, didn't need to hear that." He said reffering to a 'you know what'.

"Ugh, Phil. Your such a child."

He laughed. "So, what do you think of Dan? Now that you're not fighting all the time."

"He's really sweet."

"Yea, he gave you your own room. Which is why I'm not in the office anymore." He pointed to all his chargers on the floor."

"You can put them back in the office if you want. I don't need all that desk space."

"No, It's fine."

"Alright."

Dan slid in on his socks. "Who want's to go to church!"

"What do you mean by 'church'?" Phil asked, "Since when do we go to church?"

"My mum's friend had a baby and she invited us to go to the baptism. My mum expects me to go but I am not going alone."

"No, church is so awkward, I'm not good at it."

"We only need to stay for the baptism, then we can go. Pleeease?"

He looked at me.

"Me too? I don't know your mum's friend."

"Neither does Phil." He made puppy dog eyes that made him 10,000% cuter. Phil and I looked at each other.

"Fine." We said in unison.

"Thanks, be ready in an hour." He said quickly.

"One hour? When were you planning on mentioning this?" Phil asked.

"One, two, ..... weeks ago."

"Weeks?" I clapped. "I have never procrastinated for more than six days. I salute you." They laughed and we went our separate ways to get ready. I put on a casual red dress but I want sure it was right.

What were you supposed to wear to a baptism, like casual fancy, or wedding fancy. I knocked on Dan's door.

"Dan."

"Yes?" He answered.

"What do you wear to this type of event? Like normal church clothes? Or fancy clothes?"

He unlocked the door and opened it. He was wearing a grayish purplish tuxedo and a tie.

"Wow." He was beyond hot. He smiled at me.

"Are you alright?" He giggled, I caught myself biting my lip.

"Yea!" I snapped out of it. "I need to change." I turned and waked toward the office.

"No, you look perfect!"

"Not as perfect as you." I immediately stopped and turned. Dan had his hands in his pockets, grinning at his feet. "I meant to say that in my head." I ran to the room, closed the door, and slid against it.

"Idiot." I mumbled to myself. I found an appropriate dress that I was supposed to wear for Christmas, it was a bit dressy, but it is what I had. I did my make up and hair and someone knocked.

"Alyssa, are you done yet, we need to leave soon." Dan called.

"Yep, just.....about.....done!" I stood up and flattened my dress.

"We'll meet you at the front." He said.

"Ok." I looked at myself in the mirror. My hair was a little messy. That's what I get for having layers. My dress really flattered my shape, I was a bit curvy, but small. I smiled at my reflection and walked down the stairs carefully in my heels.

Dan and Phil were at the front door waiting for me, talking to each other.

"Ok, let's go!" They turned to me.

"Someone's a cutie." Phil teased. Dan hit him.

"Phil!" He laughed.

"Do you think I'm over dressed? I e never been to a baptism before."

"No, you look great!" Phil answered. We walked to their car and drove to the church. It was a beautiful church with a rose garden and lots of people. Dan's mum found us and started towards us.

"Hello, Daniel, glad you could make it." She kissed him on the cheek.

"Hi, Mrs. Howell!" Phil waved and she hugged him.

"And Alyssa, I didn't know you were coming, you look absolutely gorgeous." I blushed and turned to the boys. I totally overdressed. But so did Dan and Phil, so it was ok I guess.
