I woke up the next morning after we got home with a ring on my finger. I admired it, sparkling in the light. Dan had already gotten up. He eats breakfast with Phil like he does every morning. That's what I love about Dan. I won't take up his whole life. He still loves Phil. I heard him coming in and he opened the door and looked at me.
"Goodmorning, love." He layed next to me and kissed me.
"Goodmorning, Dan." I smiled brightly.
"Do you want something to eat?"
"Yea, I'll find something."
He left with a charger and went into the office with Phil.
This is how everyday is to be spent. Everyday until we set the date.
*June 19, 2016
"Wake up, Alyssa." He kissed me.
"No, it's like 8." I turned over.
"It's 10 and do you know what Day it is today?"
"Sunday?"
"Yes, but Sunday, June nineteenth." I sat up.
"Oh yea, I forgot." I teased
Our wedding day is today, and I was so excited, I couldn't even sleep. We flew out to Florida so I could be with my family.
"Yea right, this is everything you've spoke about since March." He laughed. "Everything is ready. Just meet Zoe and Tanya at the hall. Louise is going to bring your dress in half an hour." He looked at his wrist which didnt have a watch.
"Alright." I got up and stretched, really opening my eyes. Seeing Dan wearing a tuxedo.
"Wow." I bit my lip. Dan blushed and hugged me tight. Phil walked into his room wearing his.
"Phil, get out here." I wanted to examine his outfit too.
"Yea?" He backed out. He looked amazing as well.
"I love you too." I started to tear. They both hugged me.
I was at the hall in a dressing room, Zoe was doing my make up, Tanya my hair, and Louise was fixing my dress.
"You are the luckiest woman in the world." Zoe spoke.
"I know." I looked in the mirror and smiled.
The ceremony was about to start. I was behind the big Bronze doors, my heart beating very hard. I put my veil over, and linked my arms into Phil's. We walked down the isle, Darcy throwing rose petals in front of us. I felt my heart flutter as I saw Dan looking excited. I held his hands and said. "I do."
