About once or more a year, One animatronic (sometimes two) from each FNAF location will meet at the original Freddy Fazbears to see if there's any issues or things to discuss. If a new location is on the horizon they need to bring extra members so the other characters can get an idea of who they are. Sometimes the animatronics will meet off of schedule for reasons such as: new locations, characters disappearing, new souls arising, etc. It's rare for them to have to meet off of schedule. The characters who usually go to this are:Freddy (duh), C.B., Mari, Phantom Freddy (it would be springtrap but as any FNAF fan would know, that probably wouldn't end well), Nightmare Fredbear, Nedd bear and Rockstar Freddy (since FNAF 6 has lots of characters they bring two each time). Very rarely, all characters to ever exist in FNaF (sometimes guards) will come.
