The animatronics are ranked based on how dangerous they are. Things that will boost their danger level:
-being interactive
-having some sort of prop (Ex: microphone)
-being possessed
-how aggressive they are during the night (they don't kill and this usually doesn't play a major part)
-their functions
-how they're built (like with a hook, sharp teeth/claws, strings attached, etc.)
-how close the kids are allowed to be to them
-if they have the irritable virus (what I talked about in the last chapter, I don't have a name for it)
-faceplates in general
Danger level rankings and what it means:
DL 1: not dangerous whatsoever, no worries (nobody is at this level)
DL 2: only a tiny bit; don't fret (nobody here either)
DL 3: getting up there a bit, still very little to worry about (very few are here like BB, JJ, Dee Dee, Helpy, Candy Cadette, Trash and the gang, Security Puppet, Funtime Chica, etc.)
DL 4: a bit higher, still not too much to be concerned about but still watch them (most are here such as Freddy, Chica, T.Freddy, T.Chica, any phantom, Ballora, Happy frog, Mr.hippo, Nedd bear, Bon Bon, Bonnet, Minireena, Bidybab, R.Chica, R.Freddy, Glamrock Freddy, Roxanne Wolf, Glamrock Chica, Lefty, maybe a few others)
DL 5: getting pretty high up, watch these ones (their the ones who have some sort of heavy object and/or are more aggressive. These animatronics include: Bonnie, T.Bonnie, Ft.Freddy, Ennard, Montgomery Gator, etc.)
DL 6: these are very dangerous. They're most likely not interactive but they could be. Try to keep a distance. (They usually have a sharp object of a sort. These include: Foxy, Mangle, C.Baby, and possibly a few more)
DL 7: these are THE MOST dangerous animatronics. They have to be watched at all times around kids and need to usually be shut off when an employee isn't watching during the day. Very few reach this high. (These animatronics are: Golden Freddy, Ft.Foxy, Scrap Baby, Marionette, Springtrap, Scraptrap, All nightmares and Lolbit)
