Springtrap: he's very aggressive most of the time and has bad anger issues. But despite that he can rarely be friendly due to still being the lovable Springbonnie. The reason he's not like before is because well he's the rotting corpse of a serial killer who's bad side is now trapped in springtrap. William is a lot better now (so everyone thought) but springtrap remains the same.
Phantoms': the phantoms' don't really have much of a personality seeing as they're pretty much hallucinations. But the one with the most of what could be called a personality for them is P. Freddy, he's kinda annoying and is always smiling mist of the time.
