All of the employees know about how the animatronics are possessed. They usually tell new employees when they're hired, shown around, and told the rules. Usually new employees freak out when hearing that they're basically working around dead children. But they have to swear that they won't tell anyone. None of the employees ever have the guts to tell anyone anyways. If they do people think they're crazy. They call it the "Fazbear secret"
