Although, Rae already told me earlier about her, Pen, and Aeo suspecting Theo to be double-crossing the rest of us, it seems hard to believe at first given the reason that I can't think of an acceptable excuse for Theo to betray us in the first place. "Well, so much for that, let me remind the rest of you semideuses... again, about the purpose of this training.", she started off before pointing the tip of her spear towards each one of us.
"Like I've said three days ago, this Enhancement training is to prepare all of you in leading each of the seven random teams for the Olympian Tournament by the eve of the Vernal Equinox composed of students from the class Medialis and the class Neophytos.", she sharpened her gaze towards us, as if inspecting something.
"As you've said so yourselves, you are not on good terms with the other classes. Now let me ask you... How can they put their trust in you, when you in-turn, couldn't even trust yourselves?", we exchanged unsubtle looks as guilt crept up on us. Mom let out an amused chuckle.
"Did realization hit the lot of you? If yes, then let us move on. I will be splitting all fourteen of you into seven pairs---", this time ay hindi ko na mapigilang sumabat sa kanya.
"Your grace, what about Kria? Are you really trying to tell us na siya ang hindi sasali sa Olympian Tournament?", I asked with a furious tone. The corner of the goddess Athena's lips rose for a second as if she was amused by my question before responding...
"Each piece is required for the fulfillment of the second prophecy, my son. That is out of the question. Of course, the daughter of Hecate will be joining the rest of you in the Olympian Tournament.", I disheveled my hair in frustration because of her response.
Sometimes, I really can't understand what the gods and goddesses are trying to tell us. Ang gulo nila magsalita! Can't they just construct their words easier for us to understand nang sa ganoon ay hindi kami hula nang hula dito?
