Chapter 7

Rex pov

The ending credits roll up and I look down to see ahsoka sleeping. As usual. I wonder why she always falls asleep when watching movies. It's cute though. So I don't complain.

I turn off the tv. I slowly try to get my self out of ahsoka's arms. I was really thirsty. but I don't want to see what happens when you wake ahsoka up on her period for the second time one day. I finally wriggle out without waking her.

I walk over to the door and walk out. I close the door behind me. I walk to the mess. Once I get there I walk over to the fridge. I grab some bottled water. I'm about to leave when I hear someone calling my name.

I turn to see fives sitting with Wolffe. I walk over and sit across from fives. Wolffe sitting next to him. I open my water and start drinking.

"Where's ahsoka?" Fives asked. "We watched a movie and she fell asleep again" I said and fives laughs.

"How is ahsoka doing? After the whole Sid scenario" Wolffe asked. He kinda looked guilty about what happened.

"She's doing good, she is just a little insecure at the moment. Keeps asking me why I didn't choose Sid, but I think it's just her period talking" I said taking another drink.

Fives and Wolffe nod. "Yeah I talked to general Koon, she is in a lot of trouble. Why is general Koon so close to ahsoka?" Wolffe asked. I smile to my self, it was good to know that people cared about ahsoka.

Now to answer Wolfe's question. "General k is actually the one that found her and brought her to the Jedi temple. He found her living by her self in the woods, her parents had died before she was three. She was living by herself, surviving in the wild as a toddler. He was her first friend, he is like her uncle" I said taking a drink again.

(Ik that info isn't right, but it's how it's going to be for this story)

"Oh, I didn't know that." Wolffe said. I nod. "She really survived by herself since before she was three?" Fives asked in awe. "Yeah, shes a fighter " i said.

"Well guys I gotta go, bye" I said getting up. I walk out of the mess and walk to my quarters. I open the door to see ahsoka holding a pillow close to her chest and rocking on the bed. She was crying.

I rush in and close the door. I put my water down and sit next to ahsoka on the bed. I pull her into a hug. Why is my baby crying.

A few moments later I pull away from the hug and look at her. "What's wrong" I say using my hands to wipe away her tears.

She sniffles a little. "I had a dream that you had left me for her. I woke up and you were gone. I though it was real" she said crying again. I pull her into a hug. I use one of my hands to slowly stroke her lekku, trying to relax her or calm her down.

I kiss the top of her head. "I will never ever leave you ahsoka. I love you too much" I said pulling her closer. I hate how she is so insecure, it hurts to see her feel so bad about herself.

"Promise" she asks me sad. "Promise" I said smiling at her. "I'm sorry I'm such a wreck" she said wiping her tears.

"Ahsoka, you've been through so much. Yet you've stayed so strong, it's ok to let it out" I said kissing her forehead.

"I think it's also the hormones" she said laughing slightly. "Yeah" I said laughing slightly. I take her hand in mine and kiss it.

"Rex" she says. "Yes" I said. "I love you" she said. "I love you too soka. So much" I said kissing her nose. She giggles.

"What time is the bar tonight?" She asks. "I'm not sure, let me check with fives." I said. I turn on my com.

"Yo fives, what time is the bar tonight?" I asked. "6" I hear fives say. I turn off my com and check the time. It was 5:30.
