Nadia snuck behind a sand dune, keeping her ears open as she slunk around. The light footsteps above her were slow and calculated, but unaware of her location. She smirked and pulled out the sword from her waist and leapt up. She moved to attack, but was met with a shield, deflecting her. She looked up at her target and he smirked. Ganondorf shoved her back and pulled out his sword. "You have to be more agile than that!" He slashed at her.

She parried it and pushed him back. "Ever think that I was doing it on purpose?" She smirked and kicked down at his feet.

He jumped. "Yes, but I know that you weren't being slow on purpose because of that little concentrated look on your face!" He deflected another attack and kicked her sword out of her hand, leaning and giving a wider smirk. "It's adorable."

She let out a huff and grabbed his shoulder, shoving him down and jumping over him to grab her sword. "Take it seriously Ganondorf!" She turned and slashed at him. "How am I gonna get better at the scimitar if you don't treat this as proper training?"

He chuckled and looked back at her. "Fight a cactus first maybe? Then you might actually hit your target." He jumped back as she swiped at his legs and laughed. "Oh no, now you're mad!"

Nadia let out a huff and slashed again, hitting his shield hard. She leaned in and kissed him on the cheek, catching him by surprise before kicking his legs out from under him and pinning him to the ground. "How's that?" She raised an eyebrow.

"Hey now, that was cheating!" Ganondorf laughed. "You know I can't resist you!"

She put her hands on her hips and smiled. "Well at least I got one thing over you." She let out a cry as Ganondorf kicked her ankles and she fell backwards.

Ganondorf pinned her down and smirked. "You were saying?"

She laughed a bit and stroked his cheek. "That I love you."

He smiled and kissed her forehead. "I love you too." He stood and helped her up. "Should we head back?" He looked up at the sky. "The day is still young."

"Are you kidding me?" Nadia crossed her arms. "I get a day out in the sand with my fiance without guards to train and look at the landscapes and you're asking me if I want to return already?" She put a hand over her heart, pretending to be hurt. "And I thought you knew me."

He chuckled and put an arm around her shoulders. "Alright alright, we'll do some more training and do a little exploring. Just be prepared for a lizalfos fight, they seem to be coming from the woodwork." He kissed her cheek. "But of course, I know you can handle yourself when it comes to that."

She grabbed his hands excitedly. "Can we go exploring now??"

He blinked and raised an eyebrow with a grin. "What about training?"

"We can train later!" She said, her eyes lit with excitement. "I want to go see what's in the desert! I heard that there were a lot of things here! Maybe we can even go see the fairy fountain!"

Ganondorf smiled softly and stroked her cheek. "How can I say no to a face like that? Let's go find some sand seals and see what we can find."

She let out a small squeal of excitement and took off, looking for a herd of sand seals. It didn't take long and soon they were on their way. They rode over the sand for hours and looked at the massive cliffs in the distance. Nadia smiled as they rode around, taking everything she could in. She suddenly stopped and squinted. "What is that...?" She took off in a different direction.

"Nadia?" Ganondorf looked over at her and followed. "Did you find something?" He looked through the haze and his heart froze. "Nadia, wait...!"

Nadia jumped off her shield and picked it up, walking up to a massive, half destroyed colosseum. "Whoa..." She walked up to the broken arch. "Ganondorf, what is this place...?"
