Chapter 13. USJ

Everyone was sitting in class listening to Aizawa explain what hero training we were to do today; Rescue Training.

"The training site is a bit remote, so we'll be going by bus. That's all get ready." He instructed us.

We started to head out and change clothes. I wore my hero attire though, I really hope I don't have to take it off this time. I doubt so since all we'll be doing is focusing on rescuing.

Ochaco and Tsuyu and I walked together side by side. We caught up to Izuku who I waved hello to and he waved back. "You're not wearing your costume Izuku?" I asked tilting my head confused, since he was the only one in class not wearing one.

"Hm?" Ochaco curiously hummed.

He nervously fidgeted as he gave us an answer, "Actually... it didn't make it through Battle Training in one piece. The school's support company is repairing it. Just gotta wait for now." He explained.

"Ah." Tsuyu, Ochaco, and I nodded.

"Doesn't surprise me." I uneasily smiled as I remembered that intense battle.

"So true." Tsuyu added.

The four of us kept walking towards the bus. While reaching it, Izuku glanced at me. "You didn't bring baby Hiro today [Name]?" he had asked concerned.

"That's right, where is the little guy I miss him already." Ochaco said.

The three waited for an answer and I nervously placed my hand on the back of my neck as recalled the events of this morning.

Flashback~

The alarm went off, indicating it was time to get up. I sluggishly got out of bed and got ready for school. I went into Hiro's bedroom and woke him up but to my surprise he was hesitating to do so.

"Otouto wake up, we'll be late again." I warned him.

"Ngh I'm still sleepy Neechan. And so tired." He whined.

I sighed, "Well I'm not surprised considering what you did yesterday."

"It was worth it wasn't it?"

I nodded. "Saving a little cat from dying was worth it but it drained your energy. You also made the cat younger. You changed his age permanently and you know that's a lot of work for your body given you're not used to using your quirks too much."

"I need my 12 hours of sleep [Name]. Let me sleep. I don't think I can even change into baby mode."

I bit my lip nervously. "You're right but, leaving you here on your own?"

"I'll be asleep the whole time, don't worry Neechan, I'm a big boy!"

That's not what I'm worried about. I'm worried Hiro will be left vulnerable and who knows what could happen. What if a villain were to come and hurt him. Worse what if he did...

"Manipulate the door lock, and add one of those bubble shields you use to keep enemies out." He sleepily says as he turns and wraps himself in the blanket.

"Fine." I say seeing that it is the only possible solution. "Sleep well Hiro." I kiss his forehead.

"My older brother Ryo, took him. Hiro had a check up at the doctors." I lied.

"Whoa [Name] I didn't know you had a brother!"

"Me neither, kero." Tsuyu spoke stunned.

I sheepishly nodded. Gosh I hate lying especially to these nice people. "Yeah, I don't see Ryo much but we get along."
