Another day had elapsed, school was tiring. Not having gone to school in the past seven years surely makes things a lot more difficult. Take math for an instance, I wasn't taught how to punch an equation, solve for X using a katana, or even memorize mathematical formulas. No sir, I was forced how to solve life threatening situations right on the spot. But oh well, it is what it is.
I sighed while pushing Hiro's baby carriage, I had spent two hours in the library studying. Trying to remember what mathematical formulas to use, but I growing frustrated. I decided to take a break and head home.
On our way towards the exit, we saw Hitoshi and Aizawa walking together and talking about something. Huh, now there's an odd sight; they both look similar –tired.
They stopped all together as I waved my hand to greet them, "Hi Aizawa-sensei, Hitoshi." Little Hiro also waved his hand, throwing a radiant smile.
"Good evening, [Name], Hiro."
"Hey [Nickname]. What are you doing here, thought you'd be at home by now?"
"[Nickname]?" I repeated oddly, yet somehow I didn't mind it. "Um, I was studying but hey I could ask you the same thing. What are you doing with Aizawa-sensei? Also you look different. Have you been lifting weights?"
"Oh um..."
Disregarding his incoherent mumble, I turned to Aizawa and said, "Sir, Hitoshi should be admitted into the hero course, he has hero written all over him."
"Can I tell her?" Hitoshi turned towards Aizawa.
Aizawa nodded.
Shinsou's POV
I vaguely told [Name] about my training with Aizawa. Her rose colored eyes glinted with brightness, though I couldn't help but notice she looked pale.
"That's great!" She smiled, "I really hope to see you in the hero course sometime soon."
"That'll all depend on Shinsou's efforts." Aizawa added.
I bashfully smiled as I watched [Name] energetically tell Aizawa he would be making an excellent decision by mentoring me.
"I didn't know you two were friends." Aizawa continued. He crossed his arms looking between us. I could see a small glimpse of intrigue in his expression.
[Name] nodded, her lilac hair flowing gracefully, making her look adorable. Huh? Since when have I—no that's just... she's just... "Yeah." I flatly replied, "I didn't have a choice, actually."
"Hey!" she pouts with a little anger on her face, "That's so not true Hitoshi. It was a mutual agreement, we bonded by um... our hair! Yes, similar hair shades."
"Right..." I trailed off dubious, it was more like our quirks bonded us but I suppose she doesn't want Aizawa to know that.
Speaking of her quirk, I heard she wasn't feeling good recently. I saw Midoriya this morning and he asked me if [Name] had mentioned anything strange. Obviously not but, seeing Midoriya worry made me even more concerned about her. I heard about the Hero Killer incident and I have to say I'm surprised she didn't beat the guy on her own.
She's powerful, she could've done it. Yet, her quirks... that's something else Midoriya and I spoke about. He assured me that [Name] said she was fine but, I was still perturbed about [Name]. I care about her and Hiro more than I ever thought I would, "[Name], have you gotten enough sleep?" I asked her.
